“I have been using Agilio/iComply for several years now and I find it super easy to use. It also ensures my practice and team are fully up to date on any changes to practice policies and procedures. There is no way I could have kept abreast of all the changes which take place in the dental field without Agilio (even more so during the Covid pandemic!). I find the practice meetings invaluable to our team and we make sure we do them monthly, it's a great way to have a catch up with everyone and allow team discussions to take place. I feel confident we could pass a CQC inspection as we have everything in place thanks to Agilio/iComply.”

“I am new into the dentistry administration world and am so glad our practice are subscribed to I-Comply, it makes keeping up to date with compliance easy. We also use i-manage which has proved to be an excellent platform, Amy is a great colleague to work with, always on hand if I have questions and our monthly focus meetings are a great time to talk through any concerns or just to refresh on our work undertaken. As a practice we are so pleased with the advancement we have gained within our compliance we now also have a team subscription to I-Learn which has kept all levels of staff up to date on mandatory training needs.”

“I think I started using iComply (Agilio Software) about six years ago and Alex spent a very patient week with me! Our records were such a mess and there was so much to learn I thought I would never get it. Now my records are all up-to-date and I know where everything is....almost! If I ever have a problem someone is always at the end of a phone and if they can't answer my query there and then they will always come back to me with an answer. I don't actually know how I would do my compliance without Agilio! They are like my imaginary friend!”

“Agilio is a game changer. Life as a practice manager can be very lonely because we are expected to know it all and do it all. Before using iComply, I always wondered if I was doing it right- I no longer have to worry because Agilio are always there to give a helping hand. I am confident that we are compliant and up to date with ever changing guidelines. CQC is no longer a scary word!”

“Leonie and Olivia have helped us immensely over the last 10/11 months in our first cycle with Agilio I-Comply, especially the last 6 weeks ahead of our CQC inspection. Nothing has been too much trouble and they have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions! I honestly can’t thank them enough and I-Comply on a whole!”

“We have been a member of Agilio now for 4 years & it has changed our practice.we have Icomply, I learn & I team.Everything now runs very smoothly with all policies & procedures in place.We had the phone call to say our CQC inspection was upcoming so I rang & spoke to Leonie who discussed recent trends etc with me & then she sent me an email for me to share with the girls-it eas great to know they were there at the end of the phone if I needed them before.Our inspection went very well, the inspectors were only with us for 3hours. I would definitely recommend Agilio as I do not know how you can run a practice nowadays with a compliance company.”

“Agilio have been a fantastic aid for our practice in ensuring that we have all the relevant and updated documents, policies and procedures in place. We recently passed our CQC inspection with excellent feedback and this was made far easier to achieve due to the resources and service available from this company. “My practice would be totally lost without Agilio Software. We use all their applications. We are only a small practice but the programme help us keep up to date with our compliance, manage our teams effectively and make sure our little team is all up to date with CPD. Their HR advice is a huge added bonus for me. I would thoroughly recommend Agilio…no matter how small or large your practice.”

“I am a dual site Practice Manager, I have been using I comply for over one Year now and I honestly don't know how I would manage without it. We use a one Year cycle and each Month I get a prompt to let me know what tasks are due that Month. I-Comply has everything I need and more! Each document has an explanation on how to carry out the task, there are policies, procedures, risk assessments and audits to complete or update as necessary. Decontamination logs are all available on I comply, Dental Nurses at the practice find them very useful for keeping accurate records I comply is great for managing HR at the practice with useful guidance and overviews to read through, staff handbook policies, contract templates, appraisal forms, annual leave and staff training logs. On top of all this, the agilio team are very friendly, supportive and knowledgeable when giving advice, I often do free Webinars that they provide too After 22 Years working in Dentistry, I highly recommend any Dental Practice has I-comply, it will definitely help!”

“I have been using iLearn initially while nursing and now using iComply in addition to it managing the practice. I could not recommend Agilio high enough. Extremely helpful for managing compliance in the practice (successful CQC inspection just couple of months ago proved it) Their team of experts are very knowledgeable, friendly and always happy to help. They gave me lots of useful advise and info while preparing for the inspection. The best thing about iComply is that you can be confident that, as long as you follow the system correctly (which is easy because it's so user-friendly), your compliance will be to the required standard to keep you CQC-ready.”

“As a manager overseeing multiple sites, I found iLearn 2.0 an invaluable resource for our organization. One of the things I really appreciate about the platform is its user-friendly and intuitive interface. This makes it easy for our team members to access the courses and resources they need, regardless of their location or the device they are using. iLearn 2.0 also offers a wide range of courses and learning materials. From industry-specific knowledge to leadership development, the platform has something for each role. In addition, the system allows learners to create their PDP and monitor CPD. But the biggest advantage of the iLearn 2.0 platform is the support it offers. Whenever our team members have questions or need help with something, they can easily get in touch with the support team. Practice Managers, including myself, have two dedicated support team (Nikki and Laura), who are always friendly and helpful. This has been instrumental in ensuring that our team members are able to make the most of the platform and get the most out of their learning experience. I would highly recommend it to a manager/provider who is looking to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their team as well as to any individual learner whom no doubt would find this system and support invaluable, just like I do.”

“It is so useful having all functionalities in one place. From staff rota, annual leave, sickness, clocking in and out system... staff messaging service and compliance/staff training. it makes keeping track of all very easy.”

“When I first became PM in 2019, I never thought I would be able to keep on top of all the policy updates, as well as HR etc. We joined Agilio and I have never looked back! The support we receive is invaluable and I honestly feel as though we are one team at times, as we have built up such a rapport with Agilio staff! We have just recently had our first HIW inspection and the feedback received couldn't be better. We could not have done without Agilio! Thank you!”
