“AFG were recommended to me by the agents selling my property, in the main I dealt with Elizabeth who was ever the professional, dealt with all matters quickly and answered any questions I had promptly. Elizabeth also kept me updated throughout the process for which I was extremely grateful. Thanks also to Dominique for dealing with the conveyancing so quickly , much appreciated. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AFG - 5 stars”

“Elizabeth and Leah are the ones who I mainly dealt with. Nothing but absolute professionalism and on hand whenever I needed them! They kept me updated with every single stage even if I was ringing up 100x a day. They were absolutely amazing, whenever I had an issue or even a stupid qn they were both nothing but reassuring, prompt responses via email and always on the other end of the phone. They made the house buying process and breeze and I could NOT be happier, I’m so glad I chose AFG law they really are assets to company. I’m gutted it’s over as I won’t be able to speak to them as much anymore, the duo were absolutely AMAZING! Thankyou so so somuch! Thankyou to Dominique for doing an amazing job and signing off our property!”

“Absolutely fantastic , I was selling a property but I was a bit nervous at first not knowing what to do or how to do it but Rebecca and her team were fantastic and they talked me through it, they couldn't have made it any easier all I had to do was sit back and relax I was updated on a regular basis either by telephone or email on the progress of the sale the next thing I know the sale is completed I would just like to thank Rebecca and her team for all the hard work behind the scenes I would highly recommend this firm as nothing was too much trouble Thank you”

“Used this solicitors for buying my house , selling my house , employment law in the past and now going through probate after I had insisted on this solicitors but Never again will I use or recommend . For such a delicate subject I would not recommend this company, very little empathy on the delicate situation, very little update on the situation no call backs , no response to emails, you might as well do it yourself Thankyou AFG for all your help NOT….”

“*Beware* Got a quote for conveyancing from AFG, giving full property details. Called to confirm the quote and double checked it all with them. Two weeks later, received an email to say the price would be almost £700 more! When queried, was informed that more work was required, they wouldn’t be able to lower the fee, no apologies at all! Found them very unprofessional and unfair. Word of mouth goes a long way ….. would never recommend from my experience.”

Hi Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We have spoken to our residential property team and understand that you had obtained the quote on behalf of a family member, who subsequently accepted the revised quote. The revisions were added to the quote once we had the full scope of work required from the seller’s solicitor, which differed from the original conversation you had with us. Several members of our team have spoken with you and have apologised for any confusion, in addition to offering a full explanation as to why particular elements incur a higher fee. Please note that AFG LAW had no control over the additional elements brought to light by the seller’s solicitor but in order to carry out your instructions they had to be included and required more time. We are sorry that you feel we were unprofessional and unfair. We pride ourselves on the transparency of our fees but in any situation a quote is only an estimate until we are armed with all information. We would never proceed with any instruction if a client was unhappy. For this reason we closed the file and did not charge you for any work undertaken on the matter.

“AFG Law have been absolutely faultless throughout our whole house sale and purchase! We had many stumbling blocks over the process and they were so patient, organised and helpful with everything! They were extremely thorough and made sure everything we needed was in place. No corners were cut and we finally ended up in the right property thanks to them! Would highly recommend.
