The trousers I purchased were delivered without packaging in a DPD plastic bag. No bag and no documents. They were supposed to have a returns form (I need to return them for a different size) but did not. They won’t exchange them either. Shocking.

First time I have used A C Farley Country Attire. Very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism. I bought a pair of Barker shoes and communication was easy. The price was competitive and delivery was very quick. It's always a worry buying on the internet from someone you don't know, however in this case you don't need to worry. They are excellent and I would thoroughly recommend them. In fact I have just bought a second pair.

Postage for returning goods isn’t free. It cost me nearly £9 to return a pair of trousers, therefore I will be reluctant to place further orders online. The return process is fairly straightforward but if you don’t have access to a printer to print the return label then it is more complicated.

What can I say, the web site was great experience. Straightforward and simple. Payment taken swiftly and then I waited. Next day delivery to your door the web site said. After two days contacted Farley Country, told the Oder not processed yet, it be done soon. Two days later, in formed by the courier to collect from the local co-op. So, 6 days from placing the order to me having to cancel levy the goods. Poor customer experience Missed informed with Next day delivery displayed on the website and payment screen.

Great kit and fantastic service if I had any comment , and let’s face it we all do !! I was slightly mislead/confused at the make of the product I purchased and therefore brought the wrong brand. That’s more my fault than yours but for me there is a quality issue between the two brands. Otherwise perfect service in all areas.
