“Purchased a pair of Meindl Walking Boots for my husband. My son had ordered a pair from you and my husband fancied them as well. He absolutely loves them! Fantastic website, easy to order and as it was the Easter Bank holiday the delivery was a little longer tha normal which was to be expected but other than that there was no problem at all. Brilliant. Thank you.”

“Unfortunately the boots had to be returned ,as they were too small. As suggested, I ordered another pair (that have now arrived). HOWEVER, I am still awaiting the DPD pre paid return label that I bought four days ago for the first pair!”

“Beware if you have to return anything .. it’s at your expanse .. if you want to use DPD there is another charge. Ordered Cameau wellies for my wife in her usual size. She could t get her foot into them .. found them very narrow .Aigle wellies in the same size fit perfectly”

“ordered 2 items,took my money, it said next day delivery. Howerver 3 weeks later after emailing them the order finally arrived however one of the items was no longer available and they refunded me. I think they just misslaid my order!!”
