“I think it is unacceptable that a tradesperson is welcomed into your home, discusses a job, and then ghosts the client. A gentleman came from this company on 24 Oct. We waited a week for him to come. We have now waited two weeks for his supposed quote. The only conclusion is he doesn't want the job. How cowardly and childish not to say. So..three weeks delay all in all completely due to this firm's unprofessional attitude. If I see this company's name on any website asking for reviews , I won't hesitate. I will spread the word re unreliability and unprofessionalism. The gentleman who failed to provide the quote was over 6 feet tall , and stooped. I do not know his name.”

“We booked this company and they never arrived. They claimed they had and charged us a fee. Hannah was rude and unhelpful and accused us of lying saying we hadn’t answered the door although someone was on. We didn’t use them and they charged us a fee.”

“Aerials 4 U came round and refitted a wall mounted TV, where the original fitting was poor. The engineer was very knowledgeable and carried out the job to a high level. We will use them again in the future.”

“The engineer arrived on time (in fact he was early!) He explained what was needed, repaired it & offered advice on how to move with updating my system. He was courteous & respectful at all times & explained things in terms I understood.”

“The fitting of the aerial went well. However, the fitter could not connect my DVD recorder to the television so it could receive the major channels. The fitter suggested that there was a fault with the DVD recorder and as it was under guarantee suggested I returned it to the supplier. I did this and the supplier could find nothing wrong with the machine. I asked a friend to help me try and connect the two machines and we managed it within 10 mins. I can enjoy all facilities now.”
