“Just wanted to say a big thank you to both Daniel and Nicole from AMA for their assistance and unwavering commitment to our case as we sought to remortgage. For months, they continued to provide extensive help in sorting our situation, focusing entirely on the case until they had secured us a new mortgage. Even since then, as we move through the processes to complete the remortgage, they have provided further assistance. Ultimately, they have both gone above and beyond to not only help us every step of the way throughout our current situation, but also reassure and guide us through the whole process. We can't begin to thank them enough for their work, and their services have been a massive boon to getting us through what has been a rather stressful time, and their support really has meant the world to us. Again, just can't thank them enough.”

“Me and my partner used AMA to secure a mortgage for our home together. Daniel and Nicole were so helpful throughout, always quick to respond. Daniel was always only a phone call away to help. The whole process was stress free and hands off. “Fantastic service from Nicole at AMA, I previously spoke to several mortgage advisors and was advise that I would be looking at a higher interest rate and may not even be accepted a mortgage because of my credit history. I can honestly say that Nicole put me at ease and assured me that it is possible, from start of contact with Nicole to full mortgage offer Nicole has been very helpful and really puts 110% into providing the best service that anyone could dream off. I would also like to add that she kept asking the lender for updates to speed things up, which these days not a lot of mortgage advisors seem to do. The level of service was that good that even if I had been declined a mortgage I would of still paid something to Nicole, it is not often you meet people as helpful as Nicole. I would also like to mention Daniel who spoke me through different options and checked in to see if I was happy with what was proposed. Thanks Nicole and Daniel, ill speak to you in 5 years when I re-mortgage, keep up the hard work!”

“The most AMAZING team have made our dreams come true. Our situation wasn’t the easiest for lots of reasons and we thought that we had no chance of getting a mortgage. But with the help of Daniel and Nicole we are due to move into our forever family home soon. They were open and honest every step of the way, their knowledge of the industry is superb. When we thought all was over they did everything they could to find a positive outcome without over promising. As a mum to a cancer child they have honestly changed our life for the better. Everything was so easy our part as they did all the hard work for us and were clear with instructions and everything we needed to do. They were so empathetic with our situation without judgement. I never thought in my wildest dreams this would happen. But it did and I can’t thank them enough for changing our life for the better and bringing some light into challenging times. “Not enough words can describe how amazing this company is. From the initial phone call with Daniel, he put my mind at ease and talked me through the whole process. Once Daniel got all my documents he passed me over to Nicole who took the stress away, yes she asked lots of questions but she was thorough and was thorough for a reason so it made the process as smooth as possible for the lenders and me. Thank you AMA, I would recommend you over and over again.”

“We reached out to AMA after failing with a couple of brokers elsewhere. Not only has the service been infinity better, they were able to obtain a mortgage with a lender who had previously declined. Not only does this show the care and attention they put into their cases it highlights the relationships they have with lenders which have been a huge benefit to us. “After trying numerous brokers and experiencing constant mortgage offer rejections, along with significant expenses on mortgage valuations, I was on the verge of giving up. Then a good friend recommended Dan, who had successfully helped her secure their mortgage and who insisted that Dan would be able to assist me as well. My case involved two missed mortgage payments and a portfolio of buy-to-let properties in Scotland, as I am a full-time landlord. Despite these challenges, Dan managed to help me release equity from all my assets and secure a favourable interest rate. I am thrilled with the rate that Dan was able to secure for me, as well as his efficiency in handling my case. I am now in the process of getting another mortgage secured by Dan, he is the best broker I have come across and would 100% recommend his services! Thank you Dan and Nicole you were both great and I had the best experience working with you both!”
