“Out of frustration from mortgage brokers recommended to me by the developers not being able to help, I went on Google and found this company. I put in my details (this was on a Friday evening mind you) and at approximately 18:30 that same evening I get a call back from Daniel Hills. I ranted about the issue the other brokers I had spoken to were having as to why I would not be able to get a mortgage. He listens quietly and politely interrupts to say it's not an issue at all and that he will come back with a solution. Daniel was both very approachable and knowledgeable. I was filled with complete confidence despite this being my first time buying a house. Daniel calls me back on Monday morning with a proposed lender and I kid you not, it was smooth sailing from there. Nicole took over and kept me and my wife informed all the way through, always prompting in advance for documents needed so things wouldn't stall and this impeccable standard of service was maintained till my wife and I got our offer! Trust me when I say these guys are worth EVERY pound of the fee they charge. Before dealing with AMA Mortgages, I had spoken to brokers who don't charge fees and their value showed (next to nothing that is). If you want the job expertly done by incredibly warm and expert professionals, look no further than these guys. Thanks, AMA Mortgages, I would give you 10/5 stars if I could, you guys are truly the A Team! Daniel.D”

“Dan was fantastic from start to finish, taking time to understand our individual situation and giving us a realistic assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of our application and what we might do to get the best mortgage deal possible. Despite some hiccups throughout caused by the volatility of the mortgage market there was always a 'plan b.' Communication was always excellent, i knew the exact status of my application at all times through almost daily updates. 100% recommended.”

“Dan Hill is honestly the best! If you have any adverse credit and struggling to find a mortgage broker then definitely reach out to AMA! I reached out to Dan after I was refused a mortgage using the agents recommended broker. I was feeling very low and he promised me he could help secure me a mortgage. “A massive thank you to all the team at Ama. I honestly didnt think it would be possible to buy my first home due to my previous credit issue. But, thankfully after being let down by other companies promising me the world, i came across ama. I am so grateful that I was recommended to Ama on facebook as they have been very supportive from the beginning and were honest about what was realistic to manage my expectations. Today I cant believe that i have collected the keys to my home. The whole team at Ama are welcome to my house warming party next week!!”

“Where do I start... I thought it was impossible for me to get a mortgage after speaking to multiple brokers, all saying they were unable to help me. I then came across Daniel Hills at AMA. He assured me that he would be able to help me. Throughout the journey, all the ups and downs, he was always there at the other end of the phone. He always responded to my emails promptly and answered my calls - even on weekends and bank Holidays. He never gave up on me and guided me through the process, and after a few weeks I received my mortgage offer. I am so grateful for him and his team. I would 100% recommend him. For anyone looking to buy a home; speak to AMA before anyone else!”

“As a company director finding a good mortgage deal has previously been a difficult and long winded process in my experience. Dan at AMA has completely changed my view on this. “Highly recommend AMA services and especially Daniel Hills! He is brilliant! If I could I would give 10 ⭐️ because in my case he was the most responsible,quick and competent person who was pushing my case further. Our mortgage offer was done for two weeks. He was always answering my calls at any time and being helpful! For 10 minutes I call him 5 times and he was still that polite and good when answering my annoying calls. :) I found out that my case was not just a job for him and he really cares about us as a personality looking for the best options for us! I felt very protected by him and he gives us a big support in the whole process. This is the best choice I ever had! In future when the time comes to do my remortgage I will choose Dan again! “Daniel Hills is AMAZING! Words is not enough to say Thank you! We are first time buyers and start looking for mortgage advisor a few months before we have all savings for the deposit and not with the best credit history. All of the previous advisors said : “You have to wait a minimum 1 year before to apply because you will be declined and your income won’t be enough for the affordability that you want”. I found a good feedback for Daniel in one of the Facebook pages. We decided to contact him and this is the best decision ever! I’m so glad we found him! We did 4 viewings and liked one of the houses. 2 weeks later our official mortgage offer was received! Without any stress! I can't believe how quickly and smooth was the process. Daniel answered to all of our calls and emails straight away,even after his working hours. We will work with Dan again for our remortgage in future! I trust him and highly recommend!
