Hi Kemi. I have just looked into your order and can see that your initial artwork was not suitable for printing and you supplied new artwork late on the afternoon of 25/10. Your artwork was then printed and dispatched at the next available opportunity (on 26/10) and I can see you collected your order on the 27/10 from your DPD pickup store in Dartford. Hope this clears everything up. Many thanks Aaron

“Before 2015 generally Ok for a speedy turnaround. Had a bad experience with their packaging in 2015 and didn't use for nearly 7 years. Thought I'd give them another chance in May. Only 200 out of 2000 flyers turned up, they send more out but missed the deadline. September - I placed two jobs placed at the same time, one of them arrived Ok. But he time-critical one arrived 5 days late (not 24 hrs) with flyers looking like they'd been picked up off the floor after a festival. Customer service on all 3 failed occasions blamed the couriers as if to say nothing to do with them, no sincere apologies. Maybe they could pack them more securely to stop them being damaged in transit. They need to up their game or take some responsibility for their failures.”

Hi Karlton Thanks for your review and hopefully I can clear a few things up: 1. I've just checked your order from May and it looks like the carrier was unable to deliver this on the first attempt as the address given has "insufficient address details have been provided, awaiting further instructions". Once you supplied these we updated the address and they were delivered the next day. It looks like the carrier might have damage this item as when they finally delivered you seemed to only receive approx 20% of your items. We reprinted and dispatched a replacement the next working day. 2. The second order you mentioned was dispatched on time however it does seem that the courier was unable to deliver on the first attempt (i cant see any record of why this was however). I can see from your supplied photo that your item was not delivered in its original packaging so I can only assume it was damaged in transit and then repacked etc (which i would assume caused the delay). I sincerely apologise for the issues you had with the order, we dispatch 1000's of boxes like this each week and it's very rare that we have any issue with any of our packaging. I have applied £20.00 of account credit to your account by way of an apology. Many thanks Aaron
