This pair of shoes cost 110 dollars but cost me over 400 to return taking off work . Now they want me to do it again to get a refund . “Adidas is a horrible company. Don’t buy anything from them. On March 21, my daughter received was supposed to receive her order from Adidas. The FedEx driver left her package in the mail room and I live in a high-rise building that’s 15 floors. She never received her package. FedEx was no help or Adidas. Adidas basically said they not giving her money back. I also reached out to FedEx and let them know we didn’t receive the package and it was no luck on that and neither I will never ever spend my money with Adidas again it’s a bad customer service and everything with the company. I understand why Kanye West sever his business with them.”

“Add another one star - I'd give them less. Looks like I'm not the only one here who suffered from their trash warehouse/shipping/customer service. Saw something I wanted online, found it wasn't available, signed up to be notified when back in stock, got notified in a week, within 1 minute of receiving the email I placed the order. Box arrived today with something else entirely. Not even close. They said their inventory system doesn't work so well. Offered me nothing for the trouble to return it and lied saying they couldn't schedule a pick up. So I have to take off work to drop this junk off to return to them. Never ever ever ever again adidas. GARBAGE.”
“Adidas was best brand for me for 20 years, only adidas I was buying, however will never buy them ever again as first, nobody responded to my disappointment when buying new trainers which were faulty, nobody replied to me for faulty tracksuit trousers with a hole in the pocket I bought and after all backpack was so low quality that disappointed was to big to continue ever having any attachment with adidas ever again. Will never accept any offers to change my review and opinion. One big fat ZERO and one customer less.”
“By far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased shoes last week and they were delivered Monday and were completely the wrong order. Wrong shoe, wrong size. They were needed for a present this weekend and I ordered well in time. I contact adidas and they are making me return the shoes, wait for a refund and THEN they want me to repurchase the SALE item and wait AGAIN for the shoes. 1. it was a warehouse error NOT MY ERROR so why do I need to go through the refund process when I didn't make the mistake. 2. They will NOT rectify the error, contact me back, reply to messages, reply to emails, answer phone calls. They are completely ignoring the problem. 3. I paid with a voucher and I do not want to repurchase the item while I wait for the refund to be processed and then be refunded with another voucher, the whole purpose was to USE THE VOUCHER. I will never ever buy online again this is absurd customer service for a billion dollar company.”

Absolutely horrible customer service. They say they will process the refund within the next 5 business days but they never do. Avoid ordering directly from the Adidas at all cost!”

Absolutely disgusted in Adidas! They are taking peoples money and not sending orders. I have been informed by 2 of their "customer support team" (using that term extremely loosely - names of these members of staff who seem to be working if a sheet of automatic inhelpful resolutions to con customers out of more money are Yamini, Priya and Tracey), that there is an issue on their side, they have my item in stock but the only way they will solve this quickly is if I reorder and pay for the item again and then fight for a refund......they have my item in stock but are refusing to send it unless I pay again. I have now been waiting on an order for over 2 weeks! Absolutely shocking for such a large company, and to be charging customers twice due to their mistakes, when they have the items sitting in their stock room is robbery! I have now been trying to sort this since last week, I was advised at the weekend after hours of fighting for my order that I would be receiving an email as a priority with a new estimated delivery date (seen as we are now way past the date specified on my account), surprise surprise, another lie! After chasing again I'm now being told to wait another 48 hours for someone to look into this”
