Hi there, We are sorry your experience has led to you leaving us a low review. As with all-natural products each batch can have slight variations due to different donors hair and other natural reasons. I can't see a purchase of a colour ring in your account, but depending on how the one you compared it to is stored there could be am an issue of fading, I can offer further guidance on the proper storage of the colour ring should you need it. I can see that your order was fairly recent and within our 28 day return period. Please feel free to return the hair in accordance with our terms and conditions for a refund if you are not happy. “If I could give a 6 for hair I would I love your hair and delivery is always on time, but most colours I use are constantly out of stock. So my clients are constantly waiting or having to use a different brand unfortunately. I have never known a company be out of stock so often so for this I have to give overall 3”

“Although the hair was silky soft. I was disappointed on how thin the hair was. For the price I thought it would of been a little thicker. Even buying another set to thicken it up it would be noticeable that the hair was fake with the amount of clips that would be on my hair. Unfortunately I will not be buying again (the clip ins) however I’ve heard good reviews about your weaves hair.”
