They don’t hold much in stock and it takes ages to come back in stock

Very poor quality hair extensions. The tapes also slid out very quickly, even using a sulfate free shampoo & conditioner. Not impressed and will not use again for other clients.

Poor poor quality recently changed Been buying hair from additional lengths for a few years i have recently changed my extensions colour to incorporate brown with blonde it seems they have changed their hair and the hair is now dry very poor quality knots up and gets tangled quick - also its impossible to style it! When i made a complaint as i spent £300 on the hair and only had it in for 1 week the management told me i would have to send the hair back for expection and they cant guarantee a refund! Ridiculous customer service will not be using them again avoid at all costs the hair has changed and is now poor quality there are so many other companies on the market that do good remi hair so shop around!

Lack of stickiness to the tapes lead them to falling out in what I believe is a faulty batch. I have made two complaints and still not heard anything from the team.

Without going into too much detail about your order via a public platform - we would always recommend selecting a fully tracked and guaranteed delivery service. At this time of year delivery times can only be used as estimates however at least with a guaranteed service you can fully track it and we can refund postage costs if it fails to meet its guaranteed delivery window. Really love the hair but my poor review is due to the fact you can’t get it half the time. For the third time the hair I require is out of stock as are a lot of others talking to other people and hairdresser. I have been waiting for two months and have had to order 18” when I only require 14” therefore costing me more money for hair that will be cut off and wasted. I think it is poor service that this keeps happening.

Hi Dawn The colour 55 tape hair came back into stock 2 days ago, we usually advise customers when they call when we expect deliveries so if you need to know when we are getting something back in stock, just give us a call! If you want to return the 18" to swap for the 14" just fill in a returns form. Thanks

Had extensions installed, cut to my hair and styled and they came out whilst washing, unable to put back in as cut to style. Waste of money unfortunately

Sorry you feel that our customer service was unsatisfactory. We cancel and refund orders for many reasons, as we take card security very seriously. Usually we call the customer and email them to explain why an order has been refused to avoid any confusion. The hair quality is shocking. i had to have it removed a week later. The hair knots feels very platic and the 1b you get is not a normal 1b you get rich darkest brown/black. This colour is more like a medium moisey brown with greenish/greyish tone to it. I kept finding bluish hair in it. I comolained but novody is taking reaponsibility. Please do your re-search and spent your hardworking money elsewhere

We are a salon who use the Remi ultra tips, usually the hair is fantastic but myself and a couple off my costumers have recently received a really bad extensions they are nothing like they used to be! Half the thickness but the same price!! I have picture evidence of the hair extensions the difference between the old and new which is horric which I shall post around if this isn’t resolved quickly and I have really fine hair and it’s doesnt even blend my base line and that’s with a 100 (4 packs). They don’t seem to want to take any fault for this, when sending pictures they said they only take it from weight not picture so I weighed them still wouldn’t offer me a refund or to send out thicker ones like they used to, I am waiting for a response on where to go next so shall keep you all updated and I think if this is the new hair everyone needs to find somewhere else, hopefully they will be helpful and resolve my matter so In future money isnt wasted and costumers aren’t left over charged for poor quality hair

Hello Isobel, I believe this issue is currently in the process of been resolved for you and we have since requested the hair back so that we can further examine the issue and refund, replace or exchange the issue depending on our findings. We do find it a little unfair that this review has been posted before we were given the chance to fully respond and resolve any issue that you are having. We are unable to fully resolve any issue without first being able to examine the hair properly, which we have since been able to do. This is under review, but we will know further information once we are able to examine the rest of the hair and resolve this issue for you.

The tapes don’t last, first time I washed my hair they all started peeling I am a professional and a professional fitted them, very disappointed!

Hi Alethea We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied. The tape tabs we supply are of very high quality and can last up to 12 weeks however this will depend on how you maintain the bonded area or if they are initially fitted correctly. When using these tape tabs you must ensure that any residue from removal solutions has been thoroughly removed from the extension as this replacement sounds like something has gone wrong during that process. If you require any help or assistance on how to use the product correctly please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Rude staff. As soon as I walked into the shop I felt unwanted as if I was an inconvenience to be there buying the hair. I was told there was nothing I could buy for my hair as it wasn’t a shade they could match. I would have been fine with this if it was approached in a nicer manner however I felt the staff were extremely rude. I definitly won’t be returning back.
