“I have not yet attended my booked activity but the customer service team are very quick to reply and helpful with any questions/ difficulties with booking. There are lots of options for activities and I am excited to attend my activity now that it is booked.”

“I was a but upset with the response I got when I asked if my voucher could be extended. My husband had a terrible fever and had to spend a couple of days in bed. I was asked for proof ie doctors letter. Not very impressed I did explain my Dad is in end off life care with MND. My head has been all over the place since we got his diagnosis.”
