“We had problems with the E boot Scooter and they blamed my disabled wife for the problems, which kept failing on inclines. Our friends couldn’t get it to go up at least 3 inclines too, so be very wary of using this companies products.”

“Very quick to sell you a product but once purchased experienced poor communication. Spent over £2,000 on a scooter to receive no receipt or confirmation. Attempted to contact via telephone and message salesman John Miller to no avail. Poor customer service!”

“I would avoid this company and shop elsewhere if possible. At first the service was good but as soon as we paid a 50% deposit for an expensive wheelchair, communication was impossible. This caused great distress to the wheelchair user. Apparently there were delays with the order but we were not kept informed and spent literally days trying to make contact. Eventually we cancelled the order and asked for compensation for the time and upset caused. This was refused. We are very disappointed in this business.”

“I received a delivery this morning from Active Mobility delivered by Jamie. I informed Jamie that I had a Dr appointment & he delivered my equipment to me prior to my appointment. Jamie's customer service is outstanding. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Active Mobility & Jamie for the delivery. I desperately need this equipment & life will be a little easier for me now. Big thank you to Jamie for fitting into my schedule.”

“Terrible service. The product (Centro Glider) seems to be OK but the right footrest of my 90 year old father's Centro Glider has broken off and despite repeated emails and calls we have been told a job number has been raised and have heard nothing since. He remains in discomfort and it is dangerous. This problem has already been "fixed" but broke again.”

“I ordered slippers for my mum who was due a hip replacement. Tracy sent them express delivery reaching us in time for the op. Mum has remarked how comfortable they are and how easy they are to put on swollen feet whilst being very supportive. Will definitely buy again from Active Mobility.”

“I ordered Millie slippers from you because Cosyfeet were out of stock. When I phoned you to find out where they were, you then had to ring Cosyfeet. They were not the colour ordered, and no explanation, but as the lady was in need of the slippers she had to put up with them. The extension straps never did arrive.”

“There was never any arguments when a scooter I purchased from Active Mobility when a computing glitch caused the Drive Rapid, which I purchased from new, to become unpredictable in its behaviour, and, therefore, dangerous (in my opinion). The engineer (Mike) called three times (no charge) to try to correct the fault, but, in the end, an exchange was arranged, where I took delivery of the top of the range Days Strider ST6. This machine is comfortable, very manageable, speedy when required and an eye-catcher. The service received from Active Mobility has been second to none.”
