“Great company fast delivery and the Yamaha keyboard Is great, only minor complaint keyboard only came into its box without a protective outer covering or box, delivery people actually made a big hole in the side of the box and box was rather tatty with mishandling, I'd suggest some extra padding or protection instead of just the main keyboard box, as it could of been damaged very easily.”

“I decided after a break of a few (three) years (decades) to re-learn the piano, but when you have forgotten it all and have a small terraced house, what to do? Go to Ackerman Music and look at the digital pianos, is the answer. As there is only so much you can ascertain from a slow 2-octave C major scale, the patient, knowledgeable Sam played several pianos for me in order that I could decide on the sound and budget I most liked. Finally I settled on the Yamaha YDP 164 Arius and an adjustable piano stool. Free(!) delivery was only two days later and, even though we're on the main road, was trauma-free. The service was outstanding and the product excellent - I cannot believe it's digital, the keys are so well weighted and responsive. I have returned since to get sheet music and am happily wading through scales and simplified/Grade two sheet music. Clearly, Ackerman music is the place to go, so go!”

“Very impressed. Returning to playing the trumpet after a 27-year break. Hiring a trumpet seemed the best way of getting a good quality instrument without committing to buying one yet or risking a second hand instrument. Excellent value and very easy to hire online. The trumpet, a new Yamaha YTR 2330, arrived the next day in the allocated time slot. Great instrument and very happy with the whole experience.”

“I have bought two electric ukuleles from Ackerman and I have been delighted with both. Whilst they may not be one of the cheapest, they are certainly one of the best. I have used other retailers with cheaper prices only to find that they don’t actually have stock. With Ackerman, if they say they have stock they do actually have stock. Packing of my ukuleles was excellent. Actually the packaging was more than needed to get the ukes to me in good condition. I also noticed that an inspection and test had been carried out prior to dispatch. Delivery was next day via a reliable carrier and I was kept informed with tracking information. A one hour delivery spot was advised which is very useful. All in all a first class service from order to delivery. The ukuleles were excellent and despite seeing them advertised a little cheaper elsewhere I believe that, from my experience, the service I received meant that I got an excellent deal. I can highly recommend Ackerman Music.”

“The product, Casio CTK-671 keyboard cover arrived next day, very happy with the product, it keeps my keyboard dust free, and has anti static properties, a good fit over the keys & does not slide off. I have used it with the flap facing the front, draping over the keys, which prevents it from sliding off, if it were to be installed with the flap facing the rear. A good fit in this situation.”
