“I had a simple order - some odd size flanged metric bolts not readily available in the USA and some washers. Ordered online on a Thursday evening, the parts were shipped on Friday, I was provided with a tracking number, and the parts were in my mailbox a week later. The order was filled correctly and delivered in a timely fashion.”

“Ordered items that said they were in stock, paid for express delivery. Items never arrived no update which left us without the products we needed for a job. Don't use this company if you are needing product for a specific date as they will let you down. No help with finding alternative etc. Poor service all round”

“Ordered three times off Accugroup, the first order was my own fault that it was wrong. Contacted them and sent it back. The Second order was 10 pieces short. The third order was 8 pieces short. Contacted them on each occassion and basically got nowhere; they haven't received the returned items 2 weeks after I sent them and as of yet I still haven't received the total items from them for the third order. Not very reliable, they make all the right noises where really it turns out you get nowhere when it comes to returning your money and each order, well two out of three were incorrect. Make your own decision.........carefully.”
