However, the subsequent two appointments, organised months apart, nobody showed up at all, with no telephone call to warn us of cancellation. I called the company throughout the day on the third day, was told that someone was on their way, but no one came. I call at 5pm and was told the engineer had cancelled my appointment. They didn’t even think to tell me or give me a reason. I am totally appalled as I had to take a day off work for this”
