I purchased ABS Orders drainage setup and it turned out it will not work with my foundation, so I was trying to get in touch with customer support with no lock! I have been sending emails, trying to call, and trying to use their online chat functionality, after some research, I found a direct number to Raymond with whom I had a very good conversation. Ray gave me a few tips on my project and I am hoping I will be able to successfully install ABS solution, where I was previously advised by a local expert that this will not work in my basement! I will return back to update you further.

Thanks for sharing the pics, from which I see that your floor/footer and foundation are perfect for a standard Waterguard installation, although a couple of obstacles need to be removed for the installation. I am sorry that you were unable to get hold of our customer services when you wanted to. I looked into this and see that it was after 10.00 pm our time (GMT+1) on Saturday evening when you emailed, although I appreciate it would have been the afternoon in your local time zone. I am glad that we did get to speak on Monday morning and you can always schedule any number of further telephone or webcam appointments through our online scheduler on our contact us page. We seriously value customer feedback and make changes accordingly. Based on your concerns we are looking into a 24/7/360 chat facility which will be monitored by a team of fully trained real people (not robots!). This is going to take a month or two to set up, so your feedback will be helping others in the future. I look forward to helping you further with your installation and will be eager to see pictures of the work progressing. Ray

I was thrilled to find this product, which is exactly what I need for my basement. Their customer service is even better! Shipment arrived (from England) in a mere days and even during the holidays! I recently contacted a local waterproofing company to inspect basement water intrusion in my basement and perform necessary repairs to prevent potential basement humidity and damage to the foundation. Based on their recommendation and after a thorough explanation of the process, we agreed that they would install an internal French drain system. Upon the completion of the repairs, I observed several significant issues that were inconsistent with their earlier explanation, raising concerns about the optimal functioning of the system. Given the substantial cost of the repair and after conducting thorough research online, I reached out to Advanced Basement Solutions. Mr. Raymond Foulkes promptly reached out to me by phone. During our comprehensive 2-hour conversation that included a discussion and the exchange of relevant pictures via email, he examined the work carried out and advised that the contracted company had failed to install the required drain system correctly. Mr. Foulkes not only identified the issue but also extended an offer to provide support and guidance should I choose to address the matter independently. This level of expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction sets Advanced Basement Solutions apart.

Ray’s service was amazing. He gave me a call because I had a problem with my sump pump installed by Basement System. They couldn’t help me but he went above and beyond for me. If his system was available in Canada I would buy it for sure. Thanks again Raymond.

Thank you Julien, it was a pleasure to assist. Although we have many years experience with the Triplesafe system we no longer sell it or install it, for us it has been superceded with our own FloodBuster system. Also, although we cannot supuply electrical items such as pumps to Canada we do supply the sump liner and lid and also the Waterguard Drainage Channel to Canada as well as the USA.
My company was able to procure the necessary basement drainage system pieces directly from Raymond, who provided extraordinary customer service. We had several questions that he answered completely and helped us to choose the correct pieces for our project. His assistance was greatly appreciated! I would highly recommend ABS, and Raymond, to anyone looking to solve tricky basement drainage issues. Wonderful customer service!

I found it very difficult to keep pieces together when assembling the Waterguard System provided. I found frustrating and unpleasant to install. However I must commend Raymond for the advice and the help he provided from the onset (much appreciated). He was very nice and gave prompt service. He should advise his suppliers in China to improve the fitting of the pieces that make up the Waterguard System.

I will change my review as soon as the company answers me. I've tried the support email, and the chat, but nothing so far. I ordered a full system on August 21st and paid for expedited delivery. On the website, it states it would take from 3 to 6 days. Yesterday around 5 am, I got an email saying the order 2880/200822/75 has been updated to DISPATCHED (IN FULL). In the same email it states that the carrier would send me a tracking number when the labels has been created. Today is Thursday, 1:20 pm, and I still do not have that. The contractor is coming on Saturday to start the job and we do not have the material. Please confirm the order will be delivered by the end of the day tomorrow. You have charged extra for fast delivery.

The installation of the Water guard and ABS Base Drain are pretty similar. After I have ordered Ray Foulkes call me and explain about I have mixed up with Waterguard Flange Drain and Flangeless BaseDrain there are pros and cons. then I have sent a rough sketch of my project he helps to pick the right stuff for my project and same my money and time before it's delivered

ABS sent out the order right away and everything arrived on time for our install. They kept us updated on the shipping and status of the order through delivery. I'm a forever customer for all waterproofing needs for our projects here in Portland, Oregon.

We have been extremely pleased with Advanced Basement Solutions customer service. Ray is super helpful in answering any questions we have. Shipping was a bit complicated for awhile since it is shipping internationally, but they recognized that and made different accommodations to make that a much smoother process for us while keeping the same price point. We have been very happy with the entire process from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing their products!
