“After doing a lot of online research into office/gaming chairs we decided on the Atom... I’m so glad I did! This chair is fantastic quality all round and really comfortable. Delivery was swift and there it only took about half an hour to put together. It’s extremely sturdy and the leather looks really durable. I’m thinking about getting a second one for the 2nd home office. Great price, great buy!”

“The chair itself is fine, but the wheels on the stand fall out of the stand because the plastic that keeps them in place has broken that keeps them in place ( on two of the five wheels, so far) . I contacted customer services and they said that this issue was not covered by warranty because I had used the chair in a carpeted office. This is a very poor response - I am not using an old office chair with wheels that I have had for years without problem.”

“I ordered a chair and tried to return it after 1 day of receiving it but the company no longer has a website and emails are unresponsive and there is no phone number. I'm stuck with an expensive chair I still in the box.”

“Purchased one of these chairs a week before Christmas as a gift to my husband, the chair has already got a tear in the material! I contacted abroco on their website to complain about this weeks ago and I have heard nothing back! Really disappointed and annoyed, expected better as reviews were good and the chair was expensive! So much for supposedly having warranty on it! I would not recommend this chair. Either that or we were just unlucky!”

“Chair ordered delivered and in use in under 48hrs. Box arrived in good condition. Chair easy to assemble. All parts well packaged, nice packaging for the screws washers and allen key, the only tool needed for assembly.”

“My son is extremely pleased with his chair. The fit and finish are generally very good, although one or two of the screws used to secure the back to the base, are not aligned and so were difficult to fully tighten. Otherwise, the mechanism, materials and fixtures are at the top end of what we were hoping for and as such make this an extremely good, quality product at the price paid.”

“Chair is fantastic. Very simple to put together. Extremely comfortable. My only gripe is the wheels do not rotate that easily when moving about in the chair. Delivery was very quick and efficient. Cushions are perfect, really helps with support. Thanks Abroco!”

“Easy to order with speedy delivery. Heavy box to manhandle upstairs alone, I had to wait for assistance. Clear assembly instructions. All went well until one of the four bolts, needed to attach the mechanism assembly to the seat, never lined up correctly, or was threaded incorrectly. I managed to get it to turn a few times, but then it stopped. I tried all 4 bolts but none went in fully. I purchased some washers to pack out the bolt, so it held firm to the assembly. Also, the chairs rocks side-to-side on the main assembly and I will be asking the manufactures if that can be fixed. I've attached photos of the bolt and the rocking problem area.”

“Bought the ATOM GT Black Edition. It's very comfortable and easy to put together. Just take five minutes to make sure the arms and tilt mechanism go on the right way. Solid fixings and build quality. At £149.99 its less than half the price of a Secretlab chair and equally as good if not better quality.”
