“My product was delayed and when I contacted Abroco about it, they instantly showed interest and ensured that the package was delivered to me the next day, very pleased with their customer service. The product itself is a GT series gaming chair, it is very comfortable and pretty much perfect for me the flaws I have with it are 2 in particular: 1. a minor one but the seat came with a plastic wrap on it which is no problem obviously but the chair arm rests were already attached over the plastic which made it impossible to get the plastic out from under the metal holding the arm rest in place again a minor one but slightly annoying and 2. the seat has already got a lined crease from the top right corner coming to the centre I assume there is too much material there causing it to stick out and obviously fold and crease when sat on but other than those 2 things the chair is very good indeed. Maybe also put a manual showing how to attach the cushions I had to ask someone for how they did it. Overall, satisfied with my product and the service provided other than the delay from DHL.”

“Really good sturdy chair, quite big but very comfortable for a tall person (I'm 6'1"). Would be great if the neck pillow was somehow adjustable in the future designs as it sits a bit low for me, not sure how comfortable it is for similar height men as women's shoulder's are a bit higher usually. Overall, amazing quality and I'm sure it will serve well for years.”

“Really disappointed to have spent money on it! As you can see in the images the chair doesn't goes up as the specs (the max was 48cm only!!) and that was the most important feature on it for me! The adjustable plastic levers are spinning around even when perfectly connected to the metal one attached to the chair.”

“I bought an Atom GT (Black). It was very easy to assemble and didn't take long. As someone who suffers from back problems the lower back and neck cushions were very welcome. The chair itself is comfortable and am very happy with it especially since working from home means I spend pretty much all day sitting in it. Good value and would definitely recommend it.”

“I’ll be spending 40 hours p/week working from home in this chair. Plus evenings writing a dissertation. Spent 2/3 days with it so far and completely satisfied. Worth the extra money compared to cheaper alternatives. Straightforward set up 20/30 mins. Feels good quality, comfy. Instructions on which way the base attached could be clearer. Free mouse mat was a nice touch. Head pillow only really useful when lying all the way back. I’m 6 foot 2 and 15 stone. Feels really sturdy and a perfect size for me still have room to move. Wheels work well even on my carpet. Some instructions on what all the different buttons move would be handy but doesn’t take long to figure it out. So far 10/10, would definitely recommend.”

“Took me a while to understand the instructions as they are just pictures, got a bit confused which way round to fix the underside of the seat but I got there in the end. Perfect chair for working at my desk four hours, very comfy indeed, helpful that you can adjust the back so it supports lower back when leaning forward to write on the desk. I have highly recommended this company & chair to my family and friends, (my brother said the back looks a bit like a cartoon elephant!) It looks so smart people have noticed the new chair through Zoom, I've turned the camera to show them and it's had nothing but positive comments. Would not normally spend too much on a office chair but I have many, more months of Zoom meetings and office work to carry on with at home (don't we all!!), it's worth every penny.”

“Great service! Chair was easy to assemble, clear instructions, and took me 40 mins by myself. Chair is very comfy, well-balanced with great accessories. Love the cushions, and the fact that it fully reclines. It's really helped my posture and back too. Recommend 100%!”

“Annoyingly I am still without my chair. DHL have managed to loose it. Abroco have responded to emails quickly, however nearly a week after ordering it this is not resolved. Can’t comment on the product...”

“Honestly this was my first gaming chair and im blown away by the quality of the leather and also the comfort as I can be in any position and be comfortable. Only thing I would improve is how youd get the levers to change height and whatever the other one does haha as they were difficult to get on and stay on.”
