“Great apart from I was going to get charged an extra 35 pounds I bked my leaving time I had accidentally pushed 4 am instead of 4 pm they did let me off though !”

“We arrived at the airport to be told that our flight route was no longer operating. We removed our car within an hour. I contacted Aberdeen International Airport to ask about a refund. They responded to ask for my flight details to look into it. I provided those details but have heard nothing in return. I await a response and a full refund if possible.”

“The price was very reasonable and the short stay car Park was just minutes from the terminal. When I returned after 8 days, I realised I had stupidly left my car lights on and my battery was dead. Within moments I had a car park attendant work with me to jump start my vehicle (which I was borrowing) and figure out how to deal with the engine immobiliser. The guy was excellent, really friendly and helpful (I think his name was Thomas?). All in all, I was really pleased to get such help!”

“Usually use this car park for short stay only but decided to give it a try for our holiday parking this time. It's super convenient to use and quick to get to/from the airport terminal. Price wise, it wasn't much more expensive than the long stay option and for us, it was worth the extra cost. Our vehicle registration was recognised on exit so no hassle there either. Would definitely use again.”

“First time I have used this airport parking. Having watched the tutorial video made parking my car hassle free and although a little more expensive than other I will definitely use this short stay car park again. Excellent would recommend to friends.”

“Easy to book and easy to use. We had a late flight home so it was was brilliant being able to walk straight to the car and not have to use a shuttle service to another car park. Would definitely use again.”

“There still isn't a rail link at the airport,which is a shame and really awkward especially when things run late and time is tight. The car park pricing wasn't as clear as it could.have been, and obviously it's an airport so the price is extortionate. The queues for the check in desks block the main entrance. The walk for domestic customers to baggage reclaim and.on ro the exit is a real trek. Security is much improved over how it used to be, but a couple more tables for repacking wouldn't fo amiss.”

“Ticket from machine didn't match receipt number on online booking. Tried to email before leaving but it was returned. Got back put ticket on machine and it wanted to charge me £108. Pressed buzzer for help, my online booking was confirmed and barrier was opened for me. So despite my issue, it was resolved quickly and efficiently.”

“First class. Bus took us over right away. On way back phoned from bus stop and bus was there in under 5 minutes. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.”
