“Sent back a flapper that failed after nearly 2 years hard work. A1 sent a new flapper by return no questions asked. A1 decoys A1 service.”

“A1 decoy excellent company with good customer services and fast delivery, I bought a product recently which was faulty contacted them new one sent out the same day !! “Bought an auto feeder for poultry, game etc. After buying all the items and labour involved to get it operational, I felt that the design was quite poor due to feed when being spun out of the unit hits the cage and some go back and gather on the square lid of the box underneath! This causes problems especially if having to mount it low due to the area being limited, as even on low speed it does come out fast! After several discussions with the company about the problem I had they suggested I make something to dispose of this myself! The director said we have sold 5000 and yours is the only complaint we have had, I’m sure it would be easy to design something domed to disperse the feed off the bottom of the box underneath. I did get a refund by eBay when I sent the item back, but the company wouldn’t even consider the extras I had to do to make this operational, an honest feedback was put on eBay about this, but for some reason someone has removed it! Look at the photos attached when considering your application for this unit, the animals I have wouldn’t go anywhere after it worked due to the spillage still there, even goats which shouldn’t eat this got involved. Hope you find this useful”

“Bought the pigeon commander seat and the weld snapped after very light use when less than two months old, they didn't want to know and went out of their way pretending not to know which part l was referring to despite plenty of photos.”

“My new Flapper arrived just after two days of ordering. I had a date with some pigeons that afternoon and the flapper worked brilliantly from 2.30pm for 5 hours and with the newly purchase A1 battery . My only issue on the day was finding sufficient bags for my 201 pigeons . Well done A1 decoy I guess my new toy really works. Many Thanks Ian B”

“After I had three Chinese flappers broken down after a few weeks I bought one of A1 decoys, works already over two years without a problem. Purchased also the Proflapper decoys, at first was was a little sceptical but the work even better than the Sillosock Hypaflappers! Quick delivery and good service when I lost a smal part of the Proflapper. Thank you A1!”

“I had small breakages in my A1 Flappers due to excessive usage and general localised wear and tear. A1 Decoys were very happy to provide me with just the replacement parts which were required. The service which I received, including the delivery period was absolutely first class. This is not the first time that my son and I have used A1 with the same response and I would sincerely recommend this Company to anyone considering purchasing shooting and associated equipment.”

“The customer service at A1 decoy is unbeatable and will not let you down. The build quality is exceptional on the entire range of both decoys and shooting equipment. They are bang on the mark for price and offer so many good bargains to the shooters out there. I've never had to return an item but be assured they won't let you down as they are a well run business dedicated to the shooting industry! Delivery time is spot on and there's nothing to complain about. Definitely make sure to check out their rotary magnets and pecking crow decoy as you won't regret it!”
