Our website is continually growing to and unlike many of our competitors, we are backed up by over 20 years of knowledge, over 120,000 square feet of warehousing and some of the largest oak and pine showrooms in the UK. Also we do not rely solely on imports, we have many suppliers in our portfolio with many from the UK this allows us to provide the very best in oak, pine or painted furniture and also the ability to provide made to measure items too.

“We have always found the staff at A World of Furniture very helpful and we have never been disappointed with any of the furniture we have purchased over the past few years. In fact we have their furniture in all rooms of the house. We would definitely recommend A World of Furniture, the Customer Service is excellent and the cost of the furniture is very competitive.”

“Excellent choice at competitive prices - we always visit World of Furniture when replacing furniture. Friendly local service with a wide range of products. We wanted some industrial style occasional tables and between WoF Blandford and Poole stores found exactly what we were looking for - we actually purchased an extra table as there was an additional 10% of marked sale prices.”

“First time visiting the Blandford store and were pleasantly surprised on the size of the shop and variety and quality of the furniture on offer. It was also nice seeing display areas similar to IKEA which gives you a better perspective regarding room design and ideas. We bought a bed and found that prices were comparable to other stores that we had looked at. Nice to see these independent stores, this saved us a lengthy trip to a bigger town.”

“This store in Blandford is local to me and I've been popping in to look at their furniture. The staff are very helpful and we've bought a wardrobe and chest of drawers today after measuring up at home. We've bought other items before and have been pleased with our purchases. Will go back again for more "things we never knew we needed"..... Lovely shop with unusual items”

“Went up to blandford store 20mins before close, found 4 lovely pieces of furniture that we lived and had it in our van before 5! Staff are very friendly and helpful and the furniture is amazing!”
