Paid for insurance didnt receive any paper work being ringing for past 2 days keeps ring longest I was sad 2 and half hours then give up then a hour still nothing been on phone since 9 am now 11am . They take your money but no insurance documents or anything. Reporting to trading standards as this isnt what people should be having to worry about..

Been using this company for few holidays, didn't make any claims yet, so didn't have any interactions with them, just the web experience. My current trip is towards an Amber listed country (since 17th of May), accidentally and to my surprise, I found out that my insurance company sold me a product that I can't use. They consciously sold it, knowing that I can't use it and still sold it to me. For me this way of doing business is awful and looking to fool the customers. If you sell something that cannot be used, what's the point of the product? Unfortunately I can't select zer0 stars, that's why, I gave one star.

Avoid, The wording is easily twisted their way so they don't pay out for anything. Just yet another money grabbing company that is quick to take your money, but then won't pay out when needed.

Found this company very helpful and quick to refund when I cancelled my holiday insurance due to covid 19.wasnt a massive refund but still better than nothing

Would put zero rating if I could, still trying to get paid out for my cancelled holiday due to Thomas Cook going bust, takes weeks for a response then they try and send you back to your bank and credit card to claim back. Each advisor tells you a different thing to do each time you ring up. I have been back to my bank and credit card company and cancelled all trips etc. that I can and they still won't pay - I took out the platinum policy with end supplier failure. Still arguing the toss with them - next step will be the Ombudsman - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Terrible - state’s you get 100 for every 12 hours your delayed - in fact it’s only £10 - very poor wording of information- would Never use this company again - poor policy wording - miss selling information- very misleading- would buy insurance elsewhere- absolutely awful service- god help anyone who tries to deal with this terrible company- if I could leave no stars I would

No one to answer the phone when asking advice for a claim whereby my son sustained a severe haemorraging head injury in majorca. Held on for 25 minutes!!

Shocking experience took this cover plus extra costs to cover an already ill (non traveller) in case of cancellation within a week of booking the ill relative took a turn for the worst and these were totally unhelpful. They were useless in fact. Basic instructions are you don't get the policy wording until you pay then once you do no matter what cover you get there's a tiny box in the policy wording which is a basic get out clause!! So therefore it's a miss sold product which I will and shall be taking further action! Avoid at all costs and don't bother as although you have the 14 day cooling off period within those two weeks something may happen and you will then have to pay out yourself! Worst insurance ever dealt with and they also show no empathy in sad situations like ours. Avoid is my advise!

Dreadful when suffered broken knee in Italy & needed repatriation. Useless - would not do repatriation
