“Ordered two jellyroll and only one came have tried contacting Buisiness to no avail. Disappointed and a lot of money spent on this oder. However when they did get back to me everything was sorted to my satisfaction so smiling again get project going”

Hello, I am very sorry about our delay in dealing with your query. We try our best to respond to customer emails within 24 hours. I can see that my colleague replied to your email from yesterday morning, at 9.42 am today, which was a little over this time frame, I am sorry about that, and for the error with your order. “Found this website through browsing. Great shopping experience. Watch their website too, the tutorials. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the tutorials are very much geared toward the beginner quilter. I've been quilting 10 yrs now and find the tutorials very very simple. Great but of no interest to myself. As there is very little for quilters in the UK on you tube(compared to the US) I think you are missing a trick. I'm a little fed up with watching half square triangle methods, 4 patch, disappearing or otherwise, and combining these techniques to make fabulous quilts. They are a staple in quilting. Use them all the time but for intermediate and advanced quilters, we don't need to be taught how to make them with every demo. Something more challenging would make me more interested in your channel.”
