“Relaxing in his new Stix coat. Loves it and it's an excellent fit”

“I purchased my first Stix dog coat in 2022 for our 4 year old cockapoo (who hates wearing a coat) due to the fact (unlike other brands) it has a FULL zip (the Equafleece alternative isn't a full zip), avoiding having to battle to get it over his head. Although he's still not happy having to wear a coat he puts up with it and even steps out of it when we get back from a walk. The choice of colours and different zip colours make this stand out from anything else on the market and we are often stopped by other dog walkers asking where we got it from. The coat also washes really well and dries very quickly. In August this year I thought I'd order another coat as a spare (you can never have too many) so purchased the same size and colour. From August until now Kylo has put a bit of weight on, so much so that his original coat a size Medium is a little "snug". I contacted Stix to see if there was any way I could swap the spare coat I'd purchased (that was still in the original packaging with tissue paper and tags on) but conscious I'd had for nearly 4 months. I was delighted when they said I could and as such wanted to share via this review how grateful I am - this is what truce exceptional customer service is and I will certainly order from them again. “We initially ordered our first cockerpoo fleece via not on the high street. There was a mix-up in the order and the wrong size was sent. We emailed not on the high street and did not get a response. However, the STIX team responded in 24 hours and offered a exchange in size or a discount on a second fleece. We had already used the fleece so opted for a discounted second. This came within a few days. The quality of the product and ease of putting on is great. In addition the zip over the back makes so much sense. We also love the environmental credentials.”
