“I'm not sure how much Sanctuary can do about this but the delivery driver just dumped the massive pallet with the shower enclosure and tray in front on my garage even though my daughter asked him to bring it down the path. This was apparently too much of a hardship to drive his van to the garden gate (25m away) and wheel the pallet down to the front door. Pretty poor service after waiting approximately 2 weeks for a delivery date.”

“I phoned company and told them which shower suround I wanted and gave measurements of my shower tray that was only a year old therefore I wanted to utilise it to save money. I asked if it would fit the gentleman took a few minutes and came back to me and said it would fit but with very little tolerance. It fitted perfectly and the bathroom fitter who fitted it said it was very high quality and the best he'd fitted and was going to recommend this company to future customers. If you're wondering why I needed a knew shower surround on a 1 year old tray it's because the 1 year old shower surround fell apart. You get what you pay for.”
