“They send me the wrong item. So I returned it. But they refunded me only the item amount. Why do I have to pay round-trip shipping costs? If the returned reason was my fault (e.g. I didn't like the product or changed my mind) of course I have to pay. But they send me the wrong item... It means their fault! I do not understand clearly... Well, sorry, I'm afraid I will not use this shop ever.”

“Do not give your money to this company! They have no consideration for their customers once they have your money. I accidentally put a previous address on my order through Amazon. I notified them within hours and they said there was nothing they could do to help. Amazon subsequently informed me that they could have redirected the package - but by then it was too late as it had already been delivered. Amazon interceded on my behalf to ask for a refund, and I’ve repeatedly messaged them - I made a mistake, but so did they - they could have helped. In every reply they say Amazon is lying and I need to return the item!! How am I supposed to do that from 200 miles away in the middle of a pandemic!! I wish I’d read the other reviews on here before giving them a penny. Heartless money grabbing company.”

“Over the last few years I have bought numerous items of clothing for the family from this company and at times needed there help to choose what would be best for a particular sport. I have found them to be very helpful and always offered very good advice. They are usually very competitive with the prices and prompt with delivery. I genuinely recommend you try this supplier.”

“I bought a specific item in a specific size. They send me what they had in storage and since then they are laughing at me saying that they cannot replace it, they cannot cover the return cost and maybe they will give me favor to refund partly the order if I return the order in my expense. Their attitude is unbelievable. There are no words to express their awfulness. DON`T BUY ANYTHING. If you have the slightest problem it will become very big problem for you and you will have paid for it.”
