“AVOID ordering from waltons. Failed to deliver product today as organised online 2 weeks ago and no communication to let me know delivery was not going to be made. Without informing me they had arranged a delivery on a day during the following week not suitable to myself. No real apology or gesture made. Cancelled my order and they refused to process refund unless I wrote to confirm cancellation. 0/5 FOR COMMUNICATION 0/5 CUSTOMER SERVICES”

“Purchased a summer playhouse for the kids & received excellent service. On delivery the felt was missing & instead of making us wait for a second delivery they suggested we buy our own & then fully refunded the cost. Very happy both with the product & the way they dealt with this issue”
