“I ordered 3 dresses to choose from for my husband's memorial service. They took my money and I received nothing. That was in July and it shows still pending. What a worthless company”

“No after-sale Service. Once they charge you.... forget about any attention or any response that is not an automated response. I received a table that had a major fabrication default and I sent pictures and videos showing it, I only received an automated response. I Insisted, and the same automated response (with a pretension of personalization) was sent: “We have assessed your claim and while we're sorry to see that you have received an item that had not lived up to your expectations, we cannot see any faults with your product. Your claim has therefore been rejected, and we are unable to assist you further in this matter. Kind Regards, Camila Customer Service Advisor VOGA” To may last email, they did not even respond. Really frustrating!”

“Hidden costs, poor communication, rigid and unbending responses, refused to cancel order, no options for return, very long delivery times. Product not perfect replica, as they claim. Try literally any other provider of replica furniture and accessories”

“Very poor service. Ordered on 2nd Feb, received the order on 6th March. items do not look like the pictures and sizes are far too small. will never buy from here again and will not recommend this site to anyone else.”

“After placing an order and waiting 6 weeks with no lampshade arriving I saw all the bad reviews and contacted Voga. I asked to cancel the order as it looked like I would be waiting another 6 weeks and was told no! The email seemed like an auto reply as each reply, no matter the question the responding email was EXACTLY the same until I sent an email asking if it was an autoresponder and does Camille even exist. Then NO reply!! So I applied for a refund through my bank which I got. That was back in November. Then just before Christmas I got an email saying my product was in the Autofulfil warehouse in Dublin. I thought nothing of it and didn't reply as I've already got my refund and as other reviewers say it's nearly impossible to get the product quickly enough before its been "sent back" to Voga who can't issue a refund or resupply your paid for product. So I figured it would be sent back within a week. Well I've had 7 more emails since 21/12 saying my product has arrived at the warehouse, roughly 1 a week so I'd say these Autofulfil warehouse people are in cahoots with Voga. My advice to anyone who's placed an order with these scammers is demand a refund from them then when they won't give it, contact your bank to get a refund and ignore any correspondence from Voga or Autofulfil.”

“If I could give 0 stars, I would. Company claim the items are 'custom made' and therefore cannot be cancelled. When the items finally arrive, they don't arrive to your home, but a warehouse in Dublin. You then have to pay to get the items from there to your home. I contacted the Citizens Advice Bureau to check on the legalities of Voga's "you can't cancel because it's custom made" and was informed this is not a reason to not be able to cancel. As such I requested a cancellation, and after being ignored for over a year they have now said "Unfortunately, I can see that the order has been placed via the old trading company Designers Rebellion Ltd which we have no contact with and I am therefore not able to service your request." Please do not give your money to this website.”

“Place an order for 4 bar stools on a Friday, canceled the order the following Saturday, because I was unaware that the customer had to arrange for shipping himself from Ireland to Norway. Was told that this was not possible because the goods were already put into production.!!? The right of withdrawal/cooling off period obviously does not apply to this company. Cynical and dishonest way of doing business. I have complained to ECC. Would have given zero stars if it was possible.”

“As you will read elsewhere, avoid at all costs. There is much coverage of the scamming behaviour of this company. I wish I had know before I paid for product I did not receive. Check out trustpilot and the Guardian for more stories of scammed customers.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I thought I'd give them a go despite the ongoing negative reviews and I was sadly left regretting my decision. 2 weeks I have been waiting for my order and online it STILL says "Processing". No reply to my email now that I have requested a refund. DO NOT BE FOOLED. TIME WASTERS!”

“Do NOT use this company, they send you very poor quality items and when you return them they deny they have received them, you then have to send proof of receipt which I have done and now all I keep getting some 3 weeks later is ‘your refund is processing’, absolute joke of a company, do not order from them.”

“Warning!! Don't buy from VOGA!!! So meny different promices and dissiapointments on several levels. I made and orderly paid proper order, waited even months!! longer then promised for deliverance, took care of the transport with two different companies and endless complications and at the end to get a incorrect lamp. Voga prommised me then to collect the incorrect lamp and to deliver the right one "to my address"...Now they wright about something complitely different despite the fact that everything about the wrong delivery has been their fault. My advice is don't buy anything from VOGA. Now I will report them! ”

“My item hasn't arrived after 3 weeks no response to my emails no way of being able to use the live chat either. I thought it was a reliable site they should be reported! Wondering will I ever see my item or my refund ever again!”
