Oh dear, I seem to have come a cropper to fraud/theft. I ordered a bag, couldn’t collect it as my mum was very ill so let it be thinking they would refund me after 14 days in store. Realised after a month I hadn’t been refunded so emailed customer service only to hear that apparently I HAD collected my bag and used my driving licence to collect it (after the 14 day return if uncollected policy was passed). So no refund! Outrageous! I have no bag, and am £40 odd quid down, and someone out there is walking around with the bag I paid for. BEWARE! This is somewhere I have loved for years but that’s the end of my custom there now. What happened to curiosity, customer service, common decency, believing customers, consumer rights. Very sad and deeply unethical.

Delivery not received - no notification from courier. 15 days to complete refund but the jury’s out on that. Apparently there were 2 attempted deliveries but there was no contact from DPD. Customer service told me it was up to me to track the parcel rather than the couriers/ that’s a new one on me. I’m now unable to replace this order until the refund is complete which can take upto 15 days

Terrible service. Online order. I never received my items. Twice I called customer service the first time I called Tilly said she’ll look into it and get back to me. Never received any updates. I emailed as well still no reply. I called up again for an update just to be told my stuff is lost 😡 Unbelievable…I’m not ordering anything from them anymore.

Just not worth ordering from, Ordered a pair of boots size 6 and size 7 arrives (this is second time) ring up and very nice on phone, but told 6 and 7 sit on same shelf and they never check (stop doing that then!! it's not rocket science!!) Do mangers read these reviews for goodness sake! Told even if I order again likely the same thing will happen (what??) So one pair of size 6 left and I have two wait up to two days for them to call back while customer service wait on an email back. (I mean it's 2022 for goodness sake) So same as last time I won't get my boots it's pathetic! Waste of time time and money!

I used to shop here a lot because this store (Tk Maxx Hedge End Southampton) close at 9pm, however today very disappointed with the service here… found two knitwear in a bargain price for my husband, in the queue the staff look at the price tag and say the discounted price is not right because the red sticker is falling off…. Ok fine, and she scanned another one, again, say the price is not right as well……. What is more disappointing is the staff looked at me like I am the one who did wrong??? Seriously very disappointed with the service received in this store. It is not the customer’s fault that your pricing the item incorrectly!

I've tried to exchange a damaged Tucci suitcase I purchased from TK Maxx in June, and I've only used it the once! The interior zip has broken off and rendered the item unusable. I've lost the receipt which I know doesn't help. Your assistant advised me to find some other proof of purchase. I can narrow down my purchase to a particular day in May but I know it won't in particular show the £45 purchase price as I also bought a number items that day. All in all a totally unsatisfactory situation. Lesson learned, dont purchase cases from TK Maxx, go elsewhere, stick with Tripp, and ignore totally false 10 year warranty's from any Italian made goods!

According to Armarni the "just emporio' range being sold which comes up with the armarni stuff in tk maxxs search bar ,doesn't belong to armarni range according to customer services at Armarni infant of you Google just emporio it comes up with cheap pants on Facebook so what is just just emporio and are people being deceived into thinking it's real atmarni ?

I dont often have the time to leave a review but today I made time for the excellent customer service I have received from TK Max Mansfield, Notts. I was assisted by a lady called Jill for who nothing was too much trouble. I wanted a pair of bed side tables but the store only had one of each design I liked. Jill helped me with the options I had, she checked the stock room for me and between us we decided that I should take a couple and try and match them in another store. A young lady (sorry didnt get her name) helped me out with them to my car and together we got them loaded in. The staff at this store are always super helpful and try very hardy to meet your needs. Not sure I will get a matching table but non the less I wish to thank the staff at TK Max Mansfield.

No response at all to my complaint about IOW store manager and faulty cabin case despite two complaints made to customer services. Appalled. I have pointed out my legal rights and still has no response.

My wife was so upset today after being treated like a criminal at your TK Maxx Maidstone store. My wife bought a Radley bag yesterday £70 and the next day found one of the clips securing the handle was missing. Returned it to store the following day with a receipt only to be accused of losing or breaking it, my wife asked to speak to a manager only to be told she was a manager, the store finally agreed to refund the money for the faulty bag you sold her and the manager said I hope you sleep well at night. How dare your store speak to my wife like that we will never set foot in your store again. Shame on you TK Maxx if that’s how you train your managers and the customer service you provide.

Manager at IOW implied a faulty suitcase was mishandled by the airlines who throw them about. However, it was hand luggage that did not leave my possession. This was despite it being faulty and the burden being upon TK max to prove it was not faulty as it’s is less than six months old. The response was to avoid responsibility at any cost and to make inappropriate judgements about me/others. I work hard for my money and expect a product to be fit for purpose and of good quality.

I wanted to update my last review where I had spent hours trying to resolve an online order. I contacted TKMaxx through FB and Ellis within minutes had sorted all the problems I had experienced with TKMaxx. I would give Ellis 5 stars.

DO NOT USE TKMAXX ONLINE Ordered item from TKMAXX wrong item was delivered. Told it was my responsibility to return! They sent the wrong item which they admit! Anyway told I would be refunded postage and because it was a heavy item I could arrange a courier collection. Waited in for courier collection with Evri. A week had past and no move on the tracking. I had to contact Evri numerous times eventually item delivered to TKMAXX having spent hours trying to sort out. I was sent an email to send courier invoice to by TKMaxx which I did. Didn’t hear anything so contacted them using same email to be told they hadn’t received it. Strange as same email address and it was in my sent box! Sent a further 2 times once as an attachment the other a photocopy in the email. I still haven’t heard anything. This was their error and I have had to spend hours trying to sort it! Do not buy from TKMAXX online if they send you the wrong item you’ll be left to sort out their mess! I contacted them the day wrong parcel delivered the 9th July and I’m still waiting for my postal and item refund! Today is the 23rd July

branch of… Do not ever go to the Bury branch of Bloody TK Max, in fact its should be renamed MAD MAX with staffs like racist fat old woman at the check out doubting customers returning faulty items, she couldn't read the bar code due to her heavy weight bulging eyes but luckily there was an Asian guy on the next till who was a great help to everyone. TK (MAD MAX) shouldn't be allowed to sell second hand clothes, they should not allow Racist fat ugly women at the till. Avoid this MAD place at all cost, the prices on the shelf will be different than the tills so be careful. They are a bunch of untrained people

First of all I want manger to contact me Because this is ridiculous I ordered slippers on Monday 20th of June waiting for it to come max end of the week per Saturday because I’m travelling on Saturday late I received an email saying I’m gonna receive my parcel on 28th of June I called the customer service on 24th they advise me to order new one and I’m gonna have it next day delivery so I’m gonna receive it Saturday before my flight Which I did and I ordered new one with next day delivery options cost nearly £7 I received an email saying my delivery gonna arrived on 27th After my flight This is a joke I called the customer service Kinza such rude person ever seen ask here about manger name she declined to give it to me And his email address she said this is the policy She think only her work in hospitality Reference numbers of the call cs5930732 I need assistance please as soon as Any further assistance do not hesitate to contact me Kind regards

Deceitful tactics used to avoid customers getting refunds for faulty items. Tried to get a refund on a £90 jacket because the cheap plastic zipper broke just 5 months after purchase. I was initially told that I can only get a refund up to 28 days, despite me making it clear that i'm NOT returning it because I don't like it but, but because it is FAULTY. I read out the law to them about consumer rights, stating that i'm entitled to a refund within 6 months if the item is faulty. The snake oil salesman that was dealing with me went on the earpiece to the manager then came back to me asking if I had bought it online or in-store. I said I bought it online and collected it in-store. When I told him I bought it online he immediately said that I couldn't get a refund on it. I got him to clarify whether faulty items less than 6 months after purchased cannot be refunded if bought online. He again said yes. I wasn't sure at the time whether he was right or not, but I spoke with Consumer Rights Scotland and they told me that I was entitled to a refund before 6 months regardless of whether I bought it online or in-store. The next time I went in I spoke to the manager about this and her face gave away that she knew they were in the wrong. When I asked to know who the guy was that was dealing with me, they acted dumb and said they have loads of men that work here. I took a look around (all the workers I could see were female), I asked, how many men work here? She said, seemingly exasperated at this point, we have QUITE A FEW. I told her I would be able to identify him or describe him, and I described him, to which she said she "thinks she knows who I am talking about". Nonetheless they still tried to blag that it was a misunderstanding, to which I replied that either the manager is is incompetent and not fit to run the store or one of their workers is ignoring the managers advice and deceiving customers. They had no reply but hurriedly tried to fast-track the refund and get me out the door.

Bought self tan yesterday. I opened the bottle at home to see how much it’s in it because it felt very light, IT WAS HALF EMPTY!
