Just tried to get a refund for two tickets for a March concert due to sudden health problems which will prevent me from travelling anywhere. Took out cancellation option but they want Doctor/Hospital reports. This will cost at least £50. I do not want to waste GP and Consultant’s time on this. There is no point in taking out Ticketline cancellation. It is worthless. Total scam

I paid refund protection but have just read t's and c's and already know it would cost me more for doctors note. I have recurring condition and never know when it will happen the reason I paid but now realise its a scam.

Absolute SCAM, they DO NOT pay out unless you have a serious illness, everything else is NOT covered. DO NOT PAY FOR THE EXTRA ADD ON !! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Clearly there is a ongoing issue with ticketline and them not refunding the full cost of tickets when a event is cancelled It’s a unethical way to conduct a business. I wouldn’t be surprised if they are selling tickets to events knowing that they are cancelled so they can make money on booking fees This particular event was rescheduled three times, venue changed and then ultimately cancelled on the day 3 hours before the event was due to start Awful awful company Avoid these scam artists at all cost

Don't bother it's a scam, and gives you a false sense of security when purchasing tickets !!! They NEVER pay out

0 stars if I could. Don't proceed with that added scam, you can't get a refund, no matter what they reason is. As a test I tried to request a refund under all the options they had listed, all of which said we are unable to refund you. Simply avoid, it's a pointless add-on to your ticket(s) total.

Rubbish company. Bought ticket for Elvis concert at O2 in October. Won't give me ticket until 1 week before concert and won't allow me to put it back in for resale!

I am writing the review based on my friends experience with purchasing tickets for Ealing Blues Festival, I would give them negative stars if i could!!! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!! Firstly, it might apparently take up to 24 hours to deliver electronic ticket- question- why do they keep selling tickets on the night before event if they cannot deliver on time for the event??? Secondly, has anyone ever heard or been charged for printing own tickets at home??? I am talking about the same tickets they did not even send yet??? RUBBISH!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!!

I paid protection when i booked tickets back in December! They wont refund cos the say the rail strike was know about before the event! It wasn’t known about when i booked it. Charlatans!!! 😡

Provided an invoice as my clutch went on my car so I have no disposable income now to be able to pay for the tickets. They will not provide a refund. Don’t get caught out with the insurance as it covers you for very little and it’s not worth the paper it’s written on.

Bad service. If an event is cancelled, the people who were due to attend should not be left financially penalised as well as disappointed. This is a very bad and unfair practice and exactly what Ticketline do!

Con-artists, using covid to justify not speaking to customers directly about refunds. Charge you a supplementary fee to cover cancellations but do their utmost to renege on paying them. Illogical to think that this won’t be detrimental to them in long term?

Useless customer service, cancelled event got told to wait till the band rescheduled the event to apply for a refund. Waited for said date to be rescheduled, rang up and asked for a refund and all I got was a bunch of uming and aring he was clueless, got told to email them instead as he couldn't issue me one? Don't bother emailing them as they don't reply, I had already emailed them a number of times and never got a reply. Doubt I'll see a refund.

TOTAL SCAM, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DONT BELIEVE ANY OTHER REVIEWS RIP OFF example: need a GP to complete full page document in this day and age...GPs are inundated with current workload. DISGRACE TO WEST END, DESERVE TO GO BANKRUPT

Awful customer service only received part of kendal calling refund when emailed they looked it they had made a mistake said another 4 to 6 weeks refund the rest and still waiting why does it take so long most other companies refund you within 5 to 10 working days so why is ticketline so different 90 days at first and then another 40 days this is not on

Still waiting on my refund for Bingley Weekender. Due to it being cancelled, we were told we would be issued refunds within 90 days which has well surpassed. No communication or acknowledgement of this at all, customer service lines are off, nobody replies to emails and tweets are ignored. Meanwhile they quite happily post new dates of artists. Total scam artists. If you can get tickets elsewhere, then DO.

This is like pulling teeth. They have had my money since last December for a Van Morrison concert in Liverpool in July. They say they can't refund til they have the new tour dates. All the dates can be viewed online so how they don't know them is beyond me. Totally frustrating

Terrible ticketing service. I asked how I could apply for a refund, no response from them, cancelled plans meaning I didn’t need a refund. 3 weeks later I had a refund even though I had cancelled my plans, was able to go to the event and I had had no communication as to how I applied for a refund. I had sent no official request for a refund. Poor customer service.

oked to go to a drive in comedy a few weeks ago . Was pitched a a new covid friendly event . Drove 2 hours to London only to find out it was cancelled. I received no notification of this and when trying to contact them by phone it says no one is working due to covid ( unsure why as every one else is managing to work currently ) . So I thought I would email - no response again . Tried Facebook and apparently no one is manning the Facebook page either !!! So here I am £60 down plus £30 fuel with no refund and no one to contact. Very unhappy will not book again with this company !
