“Terrible customer care - they do not reply to emails at all. Product was good, refund eventually received. Hence not a 1 star. If the product had been good coulda got a 5 star but didnt fit well and the resulting customer care was a shambles.”

I bought myself a Head Radical 155 racketball racket late December 2022. I have played racketball with it less than 20 times and today the strings broke - not what I’d expect from a £90 + racket.
Also the handle grip seems quite short - although this may not worry most people.

“Do not use for Demo Rackets. I ordered in good faith and returned the rackets. After 9 days I had to chase to find out where my refund was less the demo cost. They replied and kept and extra £40 due to a racket being damaged. It was perfect when we returned it. So be warned take photos of rackets coming in and going out to prove any damage or they may add on costs. Very poor business practice all round”

“Avoid this company at all costs. If you get a faulty product they don't refund or replace. I sent back faulty tennis shoes under warranty and they returned them and said wear and tear. Their customer service is non existant.
They just don't respond at all, hang up on calls and block you..unbelievably bad customer service and shirking of responsibility”

“Bought a pair of shoes, the shoes were defective and so I requested the return. The return was rejected and they sent me the defective shoes back.
Be careful with this store. It's a total scam. Even if the website states "free return no questions asked" you end up losing money. One more thing, when you call, be prepared to be hang up at your face by people from the customer service.
