Really pleased, i was stressed out, ordered from another website (modern kitchen appliances) and the order was made on the 21st of feb on the basis, they will deliver between 7-10days, then nothing came through, the templaters for quartz are coming on Monday. So i called TapUK, they checked their stuck and that it was in perfect condition and helped me load it to the car, and here we are. I'm really pleased how quickly everything happened, compared to the stress of waiting for the other to come through. Thanks to Barbara and the gentleman who helped me load it up. Sarah

Warning: Unreliable Service and Security Concerns - A Disappointing Experience with TapsUK!!! I placed an order for a tap in November 23, which was never sent. Attempts to contact the company proved futile, as the provided phone number led straight to voicemail. Despite leaving numerous messages and emailing customer services, it took a considerable amount of time to receive a response. When I finally got a reply, it informed me that the payment had not gone through, advising me to place the order again. Optimistically, I placed the order once more in December 23, yet the lack of communication persisted, with no estimated time of arrival provided. Multiple attempts to reach out by phone, voicemail, and email went unanswered, and this frustration continues into January 24. To exacerbate matters, my card has been cloned, adding an additional layer of concern and skepticism. Given these experiences, I strongly advise against using this company. The potential savings are not worth the stress and inconvenience. Personally, I have lost faith in this company and would not consider using their services again.

Avoid this business like the plague! No customer service. Disgusting attitude. Placed an order WEB286375 for the sum of £600.26. There was a delay on one item, so I requested they dispatch the other two items on the order overnight, whilst the third & final item was due to be delivered to their warehouse. Their reply: Their would be an additional delivery charge. My answer: Really? Cancel the order. Business must be good! Taps UK, you really need to train your customer service staff. With an earlier order placed last week totalling WEB285751 £382.26, customer loyalty means NOTHING to Taps UK. Never again will I purchase from this Company. Digraceful....

The quality and price of these bib taps are amazing… nowhere else will be able to match the price for what I paid for them. The delivery is right up there with the best for informing you and delivery exactly on time. Thank you I will definitely be buying from you again.

I ordered some lovely kitchen taps. The web site said they would be delivered within 3 - 10 working days. I received an email from Tapsuk stating the item is held in stock in our warehouse, and unfortunately, due to insufficient stock levels they have had to put the item on order from one of our distributors. They had spoken with the distributor at length regarding my order, and they currently do not have a date for stock arriving with them from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, this normally means anything up to a month, and stock could arrive sooner or later than originally estimated. As I couldn't wait for a month or more as I am due to have a kitchen fitted. I tried to call them to cancel the order. There was an answerphone message (19/09/2020) saying that due to Covid-19 the telephone lines are not manned and they are only answering emails. So I sent them an email asking them to cancel the order and refund my money. I am now on my third email and a week later I have had no response to either my email, online account or by phone, and no money has returned to my account. Covid is a poor excuse now not to have their help desks manned as most of us are working from home. They could at least update their web site to a realistic delivery time of whenever. I am very disappointed with the customer service all I need is an acknowledgement. I currently wouldn't recommend them.

If I could give zero stars I would. I've constantly been given the run around by this company and promised my order would be delivered, only to find out it hasn't arrived and then I need to chase it up again and again. I ordered products that were available online according to their website, only after 6 days getting told, after I phoned up, that they were out of stock and they were waiting for more. I was promised I would be receiving them in the next two days. Guess what no order received and I'm chasing them up again to be told I'd receive the order the next day. Guess what? Nothing. I'm furious with this company. It seems to be a very common thing to advertise products as available then keep you customer waiting as long as you want to get the actual items they thought you had in stock. I've just got kitchen cupboards put in and was wanting these lights in time for Christmas. I'd have thought two weeks would have been long enough. Wrong again. The irony of this is that I placed an original order at a company that did exactly the same thing. They said that the products should have been marked as out of stock on their website when I ordered them (they weren't). I found the same products on taps uk 'available' I cancelled my original order so I could place the new order with Taps and so receive my lights. What a joke that was! Avoid at all costs, and don't believe anything you see on their website about items being in stock.

Bought three of their waste bins with automatic opening and closing lids. Price was very reduced, so they were at bargain prices. Delivery was free and next day. Really happy with this purchase.

Secure payment, easy to order and super-fast delivery of a well-packed parcel. I contacted customer service to get proof of purchase (to use for Brita free installation), they were fast and efficient in replying. I am very happy about the product and the service.

Shocking Customer Service. The sink I received was missing a part. After numerous phone calls to TapsUK I still don't have a working sink, and it has now been over 4 weeks. I keep being told the part has been sent out, but I still haven't received it. Staff are friendly enough when you speak to them (on a premium rate no!), but promises of phone calls and emails to update me of the situation just don't happen, so I have had to continually contact them. Just not good enough!
