“Very poor fitting jacket. Solution is a credit for alterations against a future purchase which obviously won't happen because the first purchase was so poor.”
“This is possibly the worst decision you could make when buying a suit. There are many other options don't be fooled by the pictures on the website and choose this one. My suit was absurdly large despite taking the measurements. The satin buttons, tuxedo stripe, and detail on the pants did not match the satin on the lapel and jacket pockets (black vs. grey). The cut was terrible and the quality was even worse. Might as well go to goodwill if you think this place is a good option.
If you think well if it goes wrong I can always work with them to send it back according to their policy. Sure you can but they are only going to alter the sizes and it will take 3 weeks. Don't even try to get a refund for your terrible looking suit. If you decide maybe it was just the style they are unable to make correctly, look forward to sending them more money on a hope and a prayer.”
“Made to measure, IF YOU ARE AN ELPHANT !! Don't waste your money ! I ordered a jacket and had to return it due to a fault. I received a replacement but this was about 4 sizes too big, clearly nothing like a made-to-measure jacket, and after spending 4 months trying to get a replacement, have tried to get a refund via paypal. Customer service is rubbish, and the business model is to get something approximately close, and get you to find a tailor to get it correct.”
“AVOID this company this firm send out substandard goods and refuse to refund money. The coat they sent me the pockets had been placed so high they cut right across the waistband they failed to put loops for the belt at the front of the coat had they done so the loops would have sat on top of the pockets. The coat was so badly made I would not of purchased this at any price. They remove all negative comments and many sites giving good reviews are tailor4less if you check out independent reviews they all say the same shoddy goods and NO REFUNDS. go find yourself a company that is honest and reputable not this scam rubbish.”
