“I ordered catalogue number 44414 and number 17468 as christmas presents. I only got 17468 but did not receive 44414. I was however billed for both items. Item number 17468 arrived with no operating instructions which means it can't be set properly. This is the 7th time I have tried to contact you but am getting ignored. My Surname is Simpson and my postcode is EH22 2BP, I know you can find my order with my details and I had BETTER HEAR FROM YOU or I will be taking this matter to the press and will take legal instructions.”

“Stauer are part of the "Home Shopping Selections" multi-faceted SCAM. As such they are complicit in theft and fraudulent trading. They will take your money and them ignore you. TOTAL SCUMBAGS. Report them to Trading Standards, Kent. They must be URGENTLY closed down.”
