Terrible company. Delivered the wrong product and then dragged their heals with a refund. Despite specifying that I wanted a refund they tried to give me a credit note. Disgraceful.

I have ordered a pair of Jordans. Iā€™m always suspicious when I havenā€™t received an email confirmation of my order as you do with every other on line company. They have taken Ā£1 from my bank. Then Ā£121 the cost of the shoes which I have NeVER received. This is absolute theft and the business should be shut down. Next step reporting to Ombudsmen I just wish I had read these reviews before ordering

The company or the carrier has lost my shoes. They can't decide weather it's Hermes or themselves. While they investigate I am without money and without shoes. Sportshoes.com don't make your problems in mine . Please give me the money back. You didn't give all the money back the last you made a mistake. Too fool me for giving you a second chance.

I received someone else's order today. It was in a ripped bag with my details on, but inside was a box with someone else's details and order. Hermes also did not leave the parcel in the identified safe place. Very poor. I have contacted Sportshoes.com and hope they will organise a speedy resolution.

A really terrible experience all round. I had had ok customer service and fast delivery before with the company so was disappointed to have such a poor experience this time. A timeline is outlined below: 27 Sep - ordered shoes with next day delivery 28 Sep - Hermes contacted to say there was an issue with the order and it would be on the move within 24 hours. If there was no update within a week contact the seller. 4 Oct - contacted sportsshoes customer support to flag the issue 5 Oct - received a reply saying they would look into it 7 Oct - hadnā€™t received any update so contacted sportsshoes again. Received a reply later that day apologising for the lack of update and saying they would escalate 12 Oct (over 2 weeks after the shoes were ordered) - was offered and accepted a replacement pair of shoes to be sent out as they had started the refund process with Hermes 13 Oct - contacted customer service again as I instantly received the same error from Hermes, and did not want to wait another full week to restart the same process, and requested a refund 15 Oct - received a reply apologising and confirming I would receive a refund within 2-5 working days 27 Oct - I sent an email to chase up as no refund had yet been received. Later that day I received a reply apologising for the delay and saying they would refund within 5 working days 29 Oct - refund received While I appreciate this was not entirely the fault of sportsshoes, it took over a month (for a product offered with next day delivery) and required me to chase up customer support multiple times. Customer support were friendly and apologetic throughout but overall it was a pretty poor experience.

tried to order pair of nike running spikes on this site, when I tried to pay with paypal on their site it told me there was a problem with paypal and to try later or pay by credit card, I have tried for several days now and I get the same instruction, I am very untrusting of sites that give you an option to pay with paypal and then say there is an error and you need to pay with credit card.

Becareful to be fooled by those clowns!!. I bought A pair of trainers ASICS TRAIL SCOUT 2 TRAIL RUNNING SHOES - AW21 on the 14th October 2021. The trainers are highly perfectly made REPLICA. THAT YOU CANNOT SPOT THE DIFFERENCE WHEN COMPARED WITH THE ORIGINAL ONE.... AVOID this website !!THIS IS A BIG INDICATION THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS and DISHONEST, OTHEREISE THEY SHOULD VERIFY THEIR STOCK QUALITY BEFORE SELL IT TO THE NATION. SHAME ON YOU !! ON TOP OF THAT THEY NEVER CONTACT YOU BACK..... BECAUSE SIMPLY THEY KNOW THEY HAVE BEEN CAUGHT. AVOID at all costs...

Avoid at all cost. Goods were apparently dispatched by Hermes but went missing in action!! Promised that a pair would be sent out by Royal Mail but this was an empty promise. A week later and still no delivery and every time you contact them you have to repeat yourself as they hold no notes it seems. They need to switch their courier company. DO NOT USE THIS COMANY.

I have LOST Ā£174.99 - this is THEFT and no apology / investigation from sportshoes.com?! Orderd Nike Alphaflys in UK5.5, didn't fit so re-ordered in a UK 6 and used the sportshoes.com label to re-package them securely and send back via Hermes. Like many I am exremely busy and trusted this to send back quickly and get it sorted. The parcel is now 'LOST', Hermes drivers are THIEVES who see these sports labelled parcels with their pre-printed postage labels and steal the parcels. I spoke to sportsshoes.com on the phone and she said "well it does say on our website that Hermes only cover you up to Ā£50 so thats not our fault" I have never had anything like this happen and I am shocked and disgusted that this DAYLIGHT ROBBERY can go ahead all completely legal. Nothing will bring my money or trainers back but hopefully this will warn others not to give their money to Sportsshoes.com or Hermes.

Good selection and price. Terrible customer service. I had been wearing the shoes for 20 days. The midsole in front of both shoes opened. and was almost a hole in the left shoe up on the wrist. I sent a complaint. They asked for pictures of damage, they got. They asked for more pictures they got more. Then more time passed. Did not get an answer. then i contacted them on Chat where I talked to "Sarah". she went over my case. so reason for return due to damage. she was gonna send me a return note by mail. Never received a return note. No explanation either. Had to contact them again on chat since they had stopped contacting me by email. Got to talk to a "Diane" she said they had no returned notes to Norway. She had to talk to the boss about what to do. Most likely I did not have to send back the shoes, those were her words. should only take some hours. REMEMBER ALL THIS I HAVE IN BLACK ON WHITE. Now a day later I got the answer that they could pay parts of the return for sending the shoes back. This is hair-raising customer service. From free return to not sending them back, to you have to pay for parts yourself. What? They make the rules as they go because they do not have a return system for Norway. Then say they did an error. they say they do not make up the rules as they go. But have spent 4 days figuring out what they can do, because they have not done this before. Had I been able to post a screenshot of her. you should see how terribly unacceptable this is !!

Do not buy sent 1st order in the wrong colour called up very rude man 2nd order sent wrong size and also used lable were cut off and stains on shorts when I called up spoke to a manager who question me who looked after my child whilst I work night did I leave them home alone!! Disgusting service and manner!!!!

Terrible customer service and they refuse to refund for failed delivery until they've managed to confirmed the parcel as lost with Hermes. I ordered a pair of trainers, after they failed to be delivered after the expected 48h I contacted Sportsshoes.com. They told me it was with Hermes and they'll contact them to find out where the parcel is and I would hear back from them after 48h. I didn't hear anything. So I contact them again to be told they're still waiting to hear from Hermes and they'll be in touch when they hear back. After another few days I still haven't had any communication from Sportsshoes.com and I have to contact them again to be told that they still haven't heard from Hermes. So I try to cancel my order and get a refund but they won't do that until they've had confirmation from Hermes that the parcel has been lost. So I won't be wasting my time with this unreliable company again and would advise others to avoid them too.

Ordered two pair of shoes more than a month ago; one pair of Asics and one pair of Dolomite. Knowing these companies and what they do, on receiving the items Iā€™ve realised that Iā€™ve got to pairs of very poor quality fake shoes.. Iā€™ve sent it back right away and now, after 6 weeks of waiting, I still didnā€™t received any refund, but all my hopes are in PayPal now, coz Iā€™m using it for all my online payments. Their excuse was that they never received mother parcel, even if I gave them the tracking number.. anyway, first and last time SportFakeShoes..

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered two jackets in January to keep me warm.. First, one packed got 'lost'. They didn't bother to tell me this until a month later. Then the jacket I had initially ordered went out of stock so they recommend a jacket that wasn't even comparable (not the same level of water resistance). I told them I didn't want it and wanted a different jacket but they kept giving me alternatives in colours I would never buy, pink, yeah pink. I am not a girly girl thanks. After doing some research I figured asking for a refund wasn't going to help me I settled for a different, lower quality jacket. Then they send it, ONLY that jacket, 2 months later. I told them I was still waiting for the other jacket and at this point was ready to cancel my order. They told me instead my address was incorrect. It just really wasn't, they had already delivered the other jacket. After another 1000 emails I did get the jacket, its great. It is also summer at this point where I live. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you love sending emails to costumer support and are happy to wait at least 4 months!

My advice - keep away from that shop, not worth your time. The shop discriminate people by choosing to who send or not the goods, they hate other races, orientations and faiths so they demand scans of your ID before sending (weapons? explosives? no, just stupid shoes) !!!

I bought a pair of walking shoes for my wife which were returned to Sportsshoes as being faulty. I never received my refund and their customer service are rude and awkward. These are the worst company Iā€™ve ever dealt with.

Made an order in 5th of january, one month and half to arrive to Portugal Islands plus another half month to receive a notification that I need to pay extra cause of duties. Until today don't have either the order or a refund neither a conclusive answer from the company. Tired of sendind emails and all I get is a response saying that they will come back to me with an answer by the end of the day (wich they don't). They can have good prices on sports equipments but it's not worth of all the unprofessional work they do. The best you do is get to other companies like Runnerinn, Runners, Depporvilage, BeUrbanRunning. Just avoid this company.

Most terrible service! Let's start guys. 1. Almost complete lack of customer support. Online support is almost unavailable. The phones indicated on the site are also not available, from the word AT ALL! Emails are generally answered when they want, if they want to. In dealing with clients, they try to make you look like fools. Delivery times are deliberately false. The first time I ordered sneakers from them, I waited, but did not wait. The courier simply could not find the address, which was more than correct, and sent them back. Okay, I think. Everybody has it. I tried again and the devil pulled me to do it. But this time it's even more interesting. The order was placed on December 24th and hasn't even been shipped yet. When you contact the support service, they start to feed you breakfast, but in fact they blatantly lie. In general, guys. If you want to lose a lot of energy, time, patience and nerves, then I highly recommend this site. In other cases, if you want adequate service, then I do not even advise you to look towards this store. The review was made fairly and based on facts. And so, it's time to supplement your review. On December 24, an order was made and paid in full, but so far it has not been received, almost a month has passed, and the parcel has not even left the territory of England! This company does not give a damn about you as a client, the main thing for them is to get an order and money, and then completely your problems! Customer support is just good, or rather, none! After I once again wrote an angry letter with indignation and said that they can keep the package for themselves and money too, but I will take good care of them and write everywhere about their unfair work, even in terms of legislation and with the involvement of the law, they immediately called me! You are guessing, they called me from the left number, because the numbers indicated on their website are invalid numbers in principle)) And they offered me a refund for shipping in the amount of 3.85 ā‚¬ as compensation))) It was just amazing and very generous from their side))) They began to tell me about coronavirus, about Brexit and how hard it is for everyone in this world now. But guys, I don't give a damn to be honest! You have a company policy, in which everything is described, and you break the law and the rules of your own company only as something that would literally deceive your customers and embezzle their money without responsibility, but this will not work! The dude who called me was from the support service, an Englishman to the root of his bones and he told me about Brexit, who could have known that it would turn out like this)) The whole world knew, but a true Englishman was at a loss and simulated a schoolboy very cool)) I told them more than once, guys, indicate on the site truthful information in connection with such problems so that there would be fewer such complaints and problems, this will be right for everyone, but again, they don't give a damn! By the way, I will note that I once ordered one product from England, but they made a mistake, but they made a 50% discount and free shipping without question, because for them every review is important and valuable for their business, that's the level! And these comrades don't give a damn about their customers again)) In short, summing up, I want to say that if you want to lose your money, time, nerves and strength, then never order anything on this site, never! For my words I answer and vouch completely, every word I say and write here is a pure truth, which I am ready to defend even legally in court! P.S. there are no questions or complaints about the customer support guys, they are ordinary employees who are not able to help you or influence anything. This is not the end, guys, I have not yet received my package, but be sure that this review is far from the last for your company and I will make every effort so that as many people as possible know about your unfair work in order to warn them.

I only wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I bought trainers (Ā£154) as a present. Ordered them over two weeks ago after being advised that I would receive them in four days- in time for birthday. Eleven days ago they were apparently "in transit". No shoes arrived, nobody answers the phone, live chat does not work, emails receive an automated reply.... hard to know where to go. Needless to say the account was debited immediately. Like many others I am beginning to think that all is not well here. Beware.
