“I was lucky to receive some gift vouchers for Sportfish for a birthday present. Unfortunately, they were "mail order purchases" only and not for on-line orders. One email to Sportfish and Danny North and his team sorted it. Everything was "No problem, I'll sort that for you"...."What do you need...OK, all done" Few days later, my new (and excellent) fishing vest was at the door ("Urgent delivery"), my balance was on their customer screen in my account and I got a follow-up email from Danny, confirming everything was in order. Just brilliant customer service. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are the best!”

“MY name is hillary whitmire and i orderd 50 catfish from this website and when i orderd them i couldnt us my adress i dont know why so i put in my aunts which lives closer and it worked then so i thought when they arrived at my aunts until i could talk them home and put them in our pond but when it was delevierd i didnt know how long i could leave them in the box so i called and the lady said that they needed to be out of the box and in the water so my aunt got them out while i was at work and put them in a big tote until i got home to take them home and four was dead when they opended the bag but the other was alive and so she put those in the water and when i got home 3 hours later only four was alive so i took those home and put them in the pond i called cause i was so upset that this happend and they said that they should replace them that that was the normal pollisey but she would call the boss to make sure and she said give me a week to because the boss was on out of town so i called again a week later and they lady said that the fish were not gonna be replaced because it was my fault that i didnt put them directly in the pond even tho i just did what the lady told me to do whitch was get them out of the bag. im not saying i didnt do nothing wrong i never did this fish thing but i am truley upset me and my husband and four kids wanted to start fishing in our pond i just wish things could have turned out differnt. im sorry for the bad review im just upset.”

“I had chosen Sportfish on several fishing friends recommendations as being good value and having an excellent range of fishing tackle. As a complete novice I had chosen a fly rod and reel outfit that was competitively priced and a good brand as well as some accessories. Unfortunately the rod was not in stock and I needed the set urgently. On contacting the store Chris Ryan immediately reviewed the situation and phoned back as promised 5 minutes later. He has sourced an alternative and got it to the courier to be delivered next day. As well as taking time to pass on some advice around rods and reels. It was excellent service and definitely went above and beyond late on a Friday afternoon. Thanks Chris and I will both use you again and recommend you to my friends.”
