“Don't touch this company with a barge pole. They are liars - supposed to pick us up in Benalmadena and didn't show up. We were sitting outside our hotel 45 minutes before the scheduled time and they said we weren't there. They blatantly lied when we called them and then hung up the phone. We complained to Travel Republic and they repeated the same lie. We gave them the benefit of doubt after they left us sitting on a coach for an hour at the airport a few years ago. On that occasion we unloaded our cases and caught a taxi. They are an absolute disgrace and should not be trading”

“They let me down badly and caused great stress and expense when they never picked me and my family up at the airport, communication skills zero, would not recommend them at all,. All companies have problems and not always do things run smoothly, but the mark of a good company is what they do to put right the problems that have occurred and to communicate with the injured party, this company failed miserably”
