“Kept trying to locate parcel that had been sent to them in error. Although provided tracking number they reckon they couldn't find it as it wasn't sent via there site. What a company no phone number!! Never heard that before”
“I wasted my money using their service. Your parcel will not arrive at the time they advertise; and prices are higher than the actual courier. Customer service is very poor and they wash their hands saying “that’s on the courier” but do not contact them when there’s an issue, do not provide update, do not help you when there is a problem. At the end, the delay was caused due to documentation issues which was all issued by parcel monkey.
Incredibly disappointed by this service.”
“Terrible service. I sent package to my friend in another country it took more than five months and then they said my package is lost. The package was not insured so it is not claimable.
It would be good if they know how to do their job. The package means something to me and the recipient. I definitely not use their service ever again. They can't do their job.”

“I sent a parcel to Norway. It was to be delivered in 3 weeks. $ months later parcel monkey cannot give me a accurate tracking number. The parcel they say is mine has a return address of a man in Poland (my package supposedly spent 3 months in Poland) I can not collect insurance on the parcel because the parcel they say is mine does not have my return address on it. Can't get a decent answer from Parcel Monkey. This is a scam, They want more money in advance to either deliver it or return it? Meanwhile I don't think this box is mine. a scam..totally”
“Parcel didn’t arrive with to buyer so I lost £270. Had paid extra for compensation if lost and was told last Tuesday I would be refunded.
No refund and no parcel also no one seems to help on live chat and email just keep telling me to wait.

“Would not advise using parcel monkey - we booked a UPS courier delivery slot and we are now entering the third day waiting if they will eventually pick our package up?! You are given no time slot but expected to sit in all day and wait if the courier will actually turn up (3 days in our case). Parcel monkey refuse to compensate for this appalling service but instead just keep rebooking slots for the following day that are yet to come to fruition! “The fact that the parcels are not returned to the sender if not delivered is disgusting. I do not think a lot of customers realise what happens if not delivered. “Box was returned to the sender's address after 3 months, all contents damaged. A little 20 pounds refund was offered, but then it was paid out to a wrong account which was closed 6 months earlier neglecting my indications. Customer service is not helping, seems to talk to a cheap AI given the multiple errors in basic logic. Still asking for the 20 pounds after 6 months, but just for the purpose of research on the operations of this company”
“Horrible experience. I feel like pulling my own hair shipping through them. I'd rather use EMS which is super reliable. My parcel has been over one month and it hasn't even been delivered yet. Noone knows what happened to it. Customer service in the USA where I shipped from gave me wrong tracking info which belong to Jersey Post. Customer service in the UK doesn't even bother to response my queries. I wonder if they're in a business to ship products or stealing products from people like us and selling it online.”
“I shipped 2 packages with Parcel Monkey in May, paid the fee for shipping, and dropped my packages off at the designated shipping company. The packages arrived a week later and all seemed fine. 4 months later, Parcel Monkey billed my credit card again, claiming additional charges. This is fraud. Don't trust Parcel Monkey with your credit card information!”
“They gave me a quote for a parcel collection and return to Amazon. I measured the parcel accurately and used the weight on the package that had been delivered to me. I did this in good faith and assumed the weight was correct. They have now taken an extra £76 out of my account without notifying me until after they had taken the money as they said I had given them the wrong dimensions. It is impossible to contact them as they have no phone number and in order to take part in a customer service chat you have to open an account with them. I have no opportunity to dispute this with them and this is a lot of money to charge for a parcel delivery service on top of my original payment to them. Total scam. Do not use.”
“AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, they take you money. Send you a parcel label which wont work and then your parcel goes into the bermuda triangle. They take no responsibility and refuse a refund. Awful service!!!”
“Sent a shipment of two boxes ( back in April) to the Netherlands. One parcel arrived. Been Keeping up correspondence since April to find it. I have had several bits of misleading information, like they are just making it up. The worst courier service I have ever had in my many years of sending goods across the globe....Dreadful.”
“Please avoid this company. They offer reasonable rates but then a week later they say your parcel was heavier than it was. I got charge additional £77.00 . I had the parcel weighed at the post office and the supplier of the item I was returning confirmed the weight. They take your money off your card , and then send an email to say so, so you have no way of stopping it . CRAFTY PLEASE AVOID I WOULDNT WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELES.”
