Do not even deserve 1 star they managed to allow the carrier to loose my parcel, then couldn't even be bothered to try locate it. Never got a refund because I had no proof of purchase, they were not new items, but still have value, because they now need to be replaced. DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE DODGY.

THEY RUINED MINE AND MY FAMILY'S CHRISTMAS1!!! + DPD Absolutely the worst company I came acrossed! I ordered a parcel to be delivered to Czech Republic as I wanted to send some Christmas present to my family. The courier picked up my parcel on 14th December (standart delivery up to 7 days). My family didnt received any package and I never heard from them since pick up so I contacted them today (23rd December). I was told my package is shown as "parcel for return" as there was some issues and they could not send it. My question was why I wasn't contacted before and not until I contacted them we could avoid any trouble? Tomorrow is Christmas Day in my country so it's too late to send it and even though I am flying tomorrow home I cannot take the presents with me as I will receive them in like one week time as I was told by costumer service. So save yourself the trouble by hiring this company. We gonna have christmas without presents. Thank you so much Parcel Monkey UK

Do not ever use Parcel Monkey. They are not a reliable service. I am still waiting for a small parcel sent from the UK to Italy. That was 6 weeks ago and the tracking report just states that it arrived in delivery country. I am still waiting, and cannot see it being delivered to me by xmas, if ever!!!!! Parcel monkey lacks a proper customer service/ customer care process. They are an extremely poor company to have dealings with. Steer clear of them as you would do with a plague virus.

Really poor customer service. Booked a parcel to go to Greece. Chased for three days for it to be collected, when it was, it was delivered back to me in error. ParcelMonkey have refused to refund me as having the parcel delivered to me is me using the service. No response to any emails or a complaint letter. They are not called Monkeys for nothing. please DON'T USE THEM!

WARNING DO NOT USE. Sent a parcel on next day delivery, a return item, it was collected a day late as they did not show up withing their own allocated timeslot. Chased my refund two weeks later to find the parcel was still in the DHL warehouse. Advised twice that they would reattempt delivery but they did not they returned the package stating that the business had closed down. This is untrue as I sent a friend to the address who took pictures. Requested a refund plus requested to claim the insurance for the cost of the items which I can no longer return as it is out of the returns date. Every message ignored. Do not use this company or DHL the service is an absolute disgrace.

Shipped an item 2 weeks ago to Argos collection point. Lied and said ARGOS REFUSED delivery at 8.49am when in fact they don’t open until 9am. When I contacted Argos they had no knowledge of any attempted delivery. Constantly try to wash their hands when things go wrong and lie like it’s going out of fashion. If you want to be stress free do not use this shambolic company.

I had to click one star to write this review, otherwise I would have given it 0 stars. I'm still waiting for my package shipped 6/16/21 to arrive. My attempts to claim the insurance have been futile. Sometimes cheap is expensive. Never again!

DAY LIGHT ROBBERY! i paid £130 for a parcel to sent from UK to Sri lanka. they collected it 5 days later , PM emailed asking to return the parcel £14.75 or dispose. no reason other reason given. i paid further £14.75 to get the parcel back. NEVER USE

Horrid. Confirmed pick up, didn't get picked up. One week later, they still say they try to contact the courier. That's on a 1.2K USD shipping order.

I am absolutely appalled at Parcel Monkey who has messaged to say they have destroyed the 4 parcels which I have shipped through them (paying circa $300) from the US and intended for the UK. In their brief communication, Parcel Monkey state that I have inaccurately completed the customs declaration and since the parcels contain cigars they have destroyed the parcels! They then followed up with a link to their Terms & Conditions - las if anyone truly reads through all the Ts&Cs! Firstly, I have committed no crime nor am I transporting illegal goods. The parcels have not yet left US Shores and so they can simply be returned to sender if indeed they don't want to ship the contents of my parcels internationally. Secondly, I have made the declaration that any customs charges applicable to my parcels in the UK will be paid. Finally, they have no right to "destroy" my personal goods before writing to me to obtain clarification. Clearly I am not convinced that they have destroyed the items as they have provided no evidence or proof despite me explicitly requesting this - they have in fact completely ignored this part of my communication in their response. Needless to say I will not sit back and accept this. If they do not locate my items and either ship back to sender; or ship to the intended address, I will without prejudice take legal action against them. They have provided no evidence that the parcels have been destroyed and I will be escalating this matter externally unless they recover the parcels and return to sender. The evidence they provide must show both the time and date to verify that this was not done after I raised an issue. In the interest of an amicable solution, I hope that they recover my parcels and either return to sender, or ship to intended address. This is absolutely disgraceful. I will keep this thread posted on what happens next...

I sent my parcel via parcel monkey and they lost my parcel. It was an electric scooter which the buyer paid £565. Parcel monkey had the cheek to refund me £10.79 saying that the parcel had a battery and it was in their restricted items. I told them what was in the item prior to collecting and they went ahead and took the parcel and lied and said it was lost. Do not use this company they are theives and I have lost my money and my item. They are a rip off not a good company. Stealing peoples hard earned money

Incompetent liars with no interest in actually finding your package if it gets lost. My package got damaged in transit on the day it was due for delivery, i was told that it was will arrive at their warehouse within 24/48 hours; This was never case as the tracking showed that it had been back and forth on a delivery van between the sending and receving depot mutliple times. They had contradicted themselves so many times that i no longer believed a word they said. 4 weeks later, i get told my package is lost and theres nothing they can do to help. Attempted to raise a complaint many times but they dont seem to acknowledge. By not having a phone number, they can hide behind their 'support centre' as they know there's nothing anyone can do if they get conned by them. I lost £300 due to their incompitence as they refused to accept responsibility for their actions. Absolute disgrace of a company. Would get better service using a carrier pigeon.

Absoulutely awful customer experience. Having shipped a few packages through Parcel Monkey, each time is more troublesome. Either customs issues, or the measurements/weight. My last package, I was charged an extra £35 because the weight was declared as 6.6KG, when all I shipped was a pair of glasses (weighed at 1.5KG!!) Customer services are awful also, it is as though they just copy and paste the reply, asking me to send pictures of the parcel, when, I sent that weeks ago, so of course the parcel is now disposed as my friend did not keep it. Therefore, they do not even acknowledge that I no longer have the parcel, and and will not help whatsoever. Overall, you are so much better of going direct through reputable couriers, the pricing is literally the same. I have seen several other reviews like mine, so if I were you, just go to a reputable courier and do it direct, rather than this 3rd party awful service.

Poor service - they don't speak English - lost a parcel with over $300 worth of goods. Only refunded me for the shipment cost. Stupid ass courier company and customer service.

The worst ever The worst ever. It has been 21 days since the package was shipped but still not delivered, even though it was supposed to be 3-5 days delivery. When contacted the customer service, they are not very responsive and shifting the blame on the carrier. After the package has been shipped, they charged extra to my credit card. This is a very dubious service. Use it for your own peril.

Their insurance is a hoax. Package lost. It happens. I bought $1000 insurance and 6 months later still fighting to get my money. Scammers!!!!! Never ship anything of value with them. Use Shippo instead. Their insurance is legit.

Sent a parcel off with parcel monkey last week. The parcel arrived battered and bashed about by the courier. The person who purchased the item (820 pound synthesiser for the record with fragile written all over) sent me pictures showing the state DX delivered my parcel in. To make matters worse the synthesiser is no longer working correctly so I’ve had to issue a refund for the item and the synthesiser is returning to me broken. I paid extra for compensation should anything go wrong and was just told by parcel monkey to wrap my parcels up better in future. I found this very condescending as a long time eBay seller who takes pride in the safety and presentation of my parcels. Very disappointed and as a long time user of Parcel Monkeys services I will no longer be using them.

Do not use Parcel Monkey! I paid $271.94 to have an international shipment returned which Parcel Monkey failed to authorize. I then canceled the shipment and requested a refund which Parcel Monkey failed to provide after 5 business days. I have now filed a PayPal claim to get my refund.
