Failed to offer customer support line on their website or any customer satisfaction.
Not heroic in any way.
Apparently they're raising a round of funding - investors should steer well clear.”
“The item I arranged to be collected was not collected on the day booked, with no communication. I re-booked it at extra cost and it still wasn’t collected. I reached out to customer service chat about a week ago and still have not heard a single thing - I gave one star only because there wasn’t an option to leave no stars. Extremely disappointed in this so called service - would never use them again - am still hoping they might collect the item but am not holding my breath”
“Aroid this company at all cost !! They are the same as scammers...
My parcel was returned from Australia by customers and they charged my for:
1. Quarantine over £83
2. Return to UK fees £155
They store your payment details, and will not ask you to pay, they will take money out of your account using token like they claim.
My payment was taken 2 months after parcel was delivered back to UK!!! Just because I asked for refund and investigation when 1st payment for quarantine was taken.
By the way my parcel never went to Australia!!!
They use third party couriers in my case was Fedex.
They are cheap because of chidden charges after you post with them.
My original postage to Australia was just over £90.
I end up paying £90 delivery + £85 quarantine + £158 return fees.
Invoice was for £155 however company decided to take £158!!!!”

“waited most of the day for labels , waited in a queue for live chat and when i did get through i could not reply there was no send button waist of time, then got a email saying someone will be in touch the next day and needed the labels because my item was going to be picked up on that day, so no help at all very dissipointed , only one good thing was the driver collected on the day given late afternoon so waited in most of the day, they need to do much better if they want my custom again”
“The pick up and delivery were fine but giving a window of 9am-5.30 was asking a lot of my mother in law to stay in my house all day. I thought that I’ll change the address to hers that’s a couple of streets away (2 mins after booking) but your system wouldn’t allow me. A bit old fashioned and pant’s really!”

I paid for next day delivery and they say the booking have to be made before 11 am in order to be collected the same day and deliver next day !
