“I ordered some stuff for Christmas, and one of the boxes is "missing", I am not totally unreasonable, its a busy time, I get that this can happen. However, I have called and was fobbed off, I have emailed and was told nothing, I have tried to FB chat and been ignored. I really wish that I had read the reviews of Oxendales previously as I would certainly not have ordered from them. As it happens it was a really important delivery but I have been utterly let down, they have taken my money and have offered nothing but radio silence. I am down nearly €250 2 weeks before Christmas and no one will get back to me.”
“I am with oxendales for years andyears i placed an order two weeks ago got word that fastway had it at their depot still didnt arrive but rang them today it was sent back as it was damaged so straight away i cancelled my order and they have no irish staff all foreigners wont be ordering again very bad service!
