“Ordered a t-shirt in 2X and received a small. They refused to refund or exchange. Claimed that each shirt was custom.”

“shirts they print on are not the same size as their size charts. will not accept returns or refund, then ask for more money to send different sizes. Horrific company, never use them.”

“Was worried due to never heard of this site but it’s legitimate. My shoes arrived within a few days, boxed and packed and great quality. Can’t fault anything love the shoes and best thing they atleast 30-40 cheaper. Will deff order more pairs and recommended to friends.”

“Will absolutely be ordering again. Ordered some Vivienne Westwood pumps and Vivienne Westwood heels that was supposed to be £260 and got them in the sale for £91 for both!! Delivery was fast and free, only took 2 days and I ordered late. Can’t fault the shoes they’re perfect. Was a bit worried because I ordered before reading reviews but I’m glad I didn’t read them beforehand!”

“I'm having the same issue ordered on the 29th of April for my daughter birthday I've sent numerous of emails asking when they will be despatched they keep saying they can't give me a despatch date and if i want to cancel the order . why are they still taking people's money if there is no one to process the orders.”

“DO NOT USE!!! Ordered shoes for my little nieces birthday... Heard nothing for two weeks. Emailed them for an update and they simply replied saying 'there's a delay at the warehouse, we will cancel your order if you want' like what? Why on earth couldn't they have told me this sooner OR BEFORE I PLACED MY ORDER. I now have no time to order shoes from elsewhere and have absolutely no idea when/if I'll receive my money back. Fuming. YOUR COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE.”

“I placed my order two weeks ago, I have sent a email asking for a update on my order to be advised by a lady called jenny they can’t update me as they do not know when my order will be dispatched! And have asked would I like my order to be cancelled, I have advised no I’m happy to wait as long as they can assure me my order will arrive this week, i then got a reply saying sorry we can’t give you any detailsAs we do not know when the order will be processed, again do you want us to cancel and refund your order! Worst customer service ever! Will never order from this company again. They should not be taking orders during this time if they can not process the orders.”

“Just purchased a pair of girls shoes. I believe they are totally fake, box, individual shoe bags which are fraying....... we own several pairs and never had individual bags etc. Also rubber on the shoe seems soft and not sturdy. Creating dispute with PayPal not impressed.”

“Wrong shoes received and size and didn’t get any help in resolving this ( shoes were for a wedding 3 days after receiving abroad ) Then the refund when they received them took over a week to go back into my bank Worst service ever”
