“It is a scam. No shipping. I contacted them Kate Middleton was a customer service rep. It does not sounds like real. Kate asked me to wait for another 1-3 days to ship. I contacted them again after 3 days. Now there is no response. Please don't take chances. It is a scam.”

“Dreadful company! Two weeks now and no tyre and no refund being issued. They've lied about it being in stock and being sent. Now lying about waiting for it to return!”

“By far the worst company I've ever dealt with. the tyres are shipped from Germany to the uk. Mine got stuck at customs for 2 weeks! in this time I had to get a tyre from another company so i could use my car. I then waited a further week for them to organise collection of the tyre, which once collected was confirmed by dpd to be back to them the next day. after 6 phone calls to there customer support in india, 6 promises of a refund in 2-3 days. 2 weeks later i finally received my partial refund.”

“I ordered a spare spare trailer tire for my upcoming summer travels. I live in Texas. I got a great price & didn’t care how long it took. I ordered on Thursday(2/29/24) & received my tire the following Tuesday. 5 days & I saved significantly over Sams Club price. Staff at Mytire answered my shipping inquire. Everything was Excellent!”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I purchased tyres recently as I was planning to travel. They never arrived on time due to delays on My Tyres side. Despite calling/emailing the company many times and explaining the urgency the staff did not do anything and was not helpful at all.”

“DO NOT USE - My order for a set of winter tyres has taken almost two months and I am still waiting.....excuses include 'Stuck in Customs' and even they have already been delivered - NOT AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS”

“Wanted some specific winter tyres, and no-where in Uk seems to sell premium winters. Ordered 4 Pirelli winter tyres on quoted 2 week delivery. Nothing after 2 weeks, so I checked reviews and got worried.! Chased after 3 weeks and struggled to get hold of support. Tyres showed after 4 weeks. In summary, this is a good source if you need something specific, if you can wait, and if you want a good price. If you are in a rush - go elsewhere. I'm just about to order more... and not expecting them for a month or more.”

“I ordered and paid for Dunlop winter tyres for my daughter in Glasgow on 28th November. Todate, 29th December, they still have not been received, and no updates are supplied by the company. Considering that the tyres are badly needed and that the company has been in receipt of my money for a month now, this is a dreadful service.”

“Wouldnt even give 1 star if that was an option Waiting 3 weeks and still waiting for tyres Kept being told they were delays in customs This is no good when your self employed and having to pre book van in garage in advance and keep cancelling cause tyres not arrived NOT EVEN SO MUCH AS AN APPOLOGY AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS”

“Order still hasn’t arrived after 3 weeks. Received a dispatch email after 2 weeks to say that part of the order has been shipped. They said they’d contact me asap about the missing tyre once they spoke with their warehouse; that was almost a week ago. Awful communication and customer service.”

“guess what? I went against the reviews and purchased 4 Michelin tyres. I got a great deal and wasn't in a rush so I took a chance. I ordered them on Monday evening and to my surprise, I received 2 of them this Wednesday morning with overnight shipping! I'm so happy and amazed. Hoping the other 2 are on their way. A big thank you to MyTyres!”

“Terrible service. Phone line not working. I had an order returned to warehouse 'for logistical reasons'. Did I want replacement order ? I said no, I would get tyres elsewhere - they agreed and said they would refund my money within 2-3 days. Had to do all this through their awful robot-controlled 'live chat' service. Now, I am emailed to say they have sent a replacement order (which I did not want), but delivery will be in 2-3 weeks time !! I got through on the phone and was told I cannot get a refund for the first order until the replacements arrive and I refuse delivery. Tyres come from Germany which is not made clear on their website. Awful company- do not use them.”

“Reviews are still correct - don’t order from here ! waited 3 weeks they then sent email to say they will be a ‘somewhat’ delay, but would keep me informed! - emailed back saying not good e send money back! they confirmed refund on Wednesday so i ordered tyres from elsewhere !!! Thursday email came in saying tyres would be Friday (which they were!) now sitting with two sets of tyres and now response to countless emails fro My Tyres - please avoid and save yourself stress !”

“Unfortunately I cannot give zero stars. My first experience with this company was brilliant, tyres were received within a week, so I decided to get another pair for the rear. There was an issue with the delivery, where DPD had marked it as delivered and received by "Deopt pod" at 21:59. I am obviously not Depot pod and the delivery address was a business address that closes at 18:00, so it would have been impossible for them to deliver it at that time. I firstly contacted DPD, they said they could not do anything for me and that I should go back to the sender and ask them to raise a signature dispute, which I did. I called Mytyres and after explaining the situation, the lady on the phone said the parcel had been marked as delivered and that was that. I then had to reiterate that I am not "Depot pod" and that it would have been impossible for them to deliver the tyres at that time of night. She said she would get a colleague to look into it and I'll recieve an email once they've investigated. A couple days pass, still no email, so I call again. I explain the situation, the lady simply says that the tyres have been delivered. If the tyres had been delivered, I would not be calling you asking you where my tyres are. After explaining AGAIN, that they were not delivered to me, she says that she can see her colleague has been looking in to it and I will recieve an email. At this point I also submit a misdelivery complaint through their online contact form and recieve a response a few hours later, letting me know that they have forwarded it to the correct department and I'll receive an email once they've investigated. 5 days later and still no tyres or any sort of response or acknowledgement. It seems that they are the typical cowboy company where they are more than happy to take your money, but when there is an obvious issue that requires them to issue a refund or re-send the delivery, they don't want to talk to you. I would suggest that if you are ordering from this company, to use a payment system such as PayPal or a credit cards, so you can claim any money back easily. Absolutely useless company, with useless staff and ridiculous customer service. Still no tyres, no communication and £180 worse off. What's worse is that every person I've spoken to at DPD knows that the parcel has been misdelivered as "Depot pod" is code for something but they can only action it if the sender makes a complaint and this pathetic excuse for a tyre company won't do anything about it.”

“Do not buy from these guys! Not UK based Ordered 21st April. Took my payment No tyres received as yet. States 9th May for delivery(!). No communication Called & emailed. Automated service. Spoke to someone IN GERMANY today (its a German Company / Tyres come from GERMANY!) DPD failed to collect. MYTYRES.co.uk had not realised the delay / non collection.. German efficiency - NOT! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! - Ordered tyres, was eventually given a 13 day delivery time. They don't tell you that they are coming from Germany and will take forever to arrive! Checked on scheduled day of delivery and was told that they were in customs and they couldn't tell me when they would arrive. Cancelled order and am awaiting refund.”

“Con artists. Took the money ages ago and still no tyres. Ruined all my winter travel plans. Pretend to be a UK based company while shipping from Europe causing huge delays. Dont be bothered. Hope somebody can find justice against these guys. I will be reporting this company to the trading standards.”

“BEST COMPANY TO BUY TYRES FROM. IF THE TYRE SIZE EXISTS THEY WILL HAVE THE TYRES. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS EXCELLENT. TYRES ARRIVE PROMPTLY. DO NOT USE ANY OTHER TYRE COMPANY.”
