“Ordered and paid 25th march, advertised 3 day delivery ,well its the 7th of April and nothing arrived,messaged via ebay and no reply and that was 4 days ago... Amazed you have a good rating at all if this is indicator of customer service”

“Never again. The delivery system for Ireland is a disgrace, even when you pay extra. Im trying a refund of a smart tag that has never arrrived, with no success. BE AWARE OF THIS SITE. IT IS NOT IN IRELAND ALTHOUGH IT HAS .IE ON URL ADDRESS.”

“I ordered an SD card off their site… I ordered an SD card off their site which says it's a two pack. I was asked before hand if it was a two and was told yes. Only one card came. I'm now being told the two packs are not in stock but they are still on their site. I will never order from them again and will tell all my friends to avoid them”

“B&O H9 purchased. Was already at a cheap price, then added discount code that made them over 60% off the RRP what some other places are tryingbto sell for. Ordered on Easter weekend. Dispatched Tuesday, arrived Thursday. Doesn't get much better. ☆☆☆☆☆”

“Bought a Sandisk MP3 player for a birthday gift. The person complained that the battery on the mp3 player did not last long. On inspection I found the player to be counterfeit and useless.”

“The very last time I buy anything from this company. I sent an item back on 09.02.22 and I've been asking for days if they'd received the item back, 1 they haven't replied saying they have or haven't 2 they have blocked me from accessing my account and still haven't refunded me back my money.”

“Just bought 2 usb sticks. Brilliant service. Ordered one day and delivered the next day. Keen prices compared to other on-line businesses. Good reputable makes of usb. Have bought other usb sand smart cards from Mymemory in the past - never had a problem. Easy to use website.”

“I tried to order a memory card and said my bank declined it! Are you kidding I used it 2 days ago and my balance on it is so low Its not possible. Something fishy. Won't enter another card number 🤬”

“This company offers "free delivery" to Ireland. What they don't tell you is that they ship from the UK so you have to pay VAT and a "handling charge" to An Post. This came to 50% of the original cost in my case.”

“Avoid this company at all costs, they claim to be shipping from Europe but as it take 15 working days it is clear they are either walking with the delivery or shipping from China. Customer service are of no help whatsoever, they just read off a script.”
