I used to love Me + Em but it seems to have changed its target market. I am 165cm 5'5, with an hour glass figure and weigh 118 pounds. The shorter, light weight summer dresses, with a ruffled/tiered skirt and beautifully detailed tops, from 2019-2020 I think collection, were amazing. One could wear to semi formal functions with heels, dress down with trainers, wear on planes and no crease and not too tight for international flights, everyone still complements me on them, all the time, and now there is nothing like them anymore - they are timeless, so saying out of fashion cannot be the reason. They are truly amazing and I would buy a wardrobe full of them in different fabrics and colours. But everything now seems to be for people six foot tall and wanting lots of fabric and non fitted items. I know the company policy is not to make them super fitted , but the amount of fabric per garment now and the length on a shorter or average height person, just makes them look old and or pregnant or fat...please bring back your form fitting clothes for average height slim /average sized people (UK8 or 10)

I ordered sandals online in the middle of March and. A week ago got an email saying they had been dispatched. At time of writing I’ve received nothing. Appalling g and I won’t be ordering again even though I love the brand and have been a loyal and consistent customer. Very poor!

I ordered a dress on March 15 I believe and I have not received it! Was planning to wear it to a wedding this weekend! Very dissatisfied with the speed of receiving item. They said it was delayed and should ship today. I checked it is 7:45 pm still has not shipped!

Quality of products not bad, the sizing is off for and far too long for petite 5ft 3. Refund/return is taking a while and without resolution. The customer service I cannot fault though just their processes, I’ve proven that I have sent the items back but no investigation has taken place as of yet and now 9 working days.

It looks like your refund has since been issued within our return timeframe as we advise online. At present, we ask our customers to allow at least 10 working days for their return request to be processed from the date of posting their return. Once your return has been received at our warehouse, we will inspect its condition. A confirmation email will be sent to the account holder once the refund is processed. As my colleague advised we are more than happy to process your return request for your items with a copy of your proof of postage and tracking number after these 10 working days have passed. Thank you for your understanding and patience whilst waiting for your refund. We understand that it can take a while to receive your refund and as a business we are working on a new return system that will hopefully speed up our return process and improve our customer journey! I truly do love the clothes ME/EM has to offer. But they aren't cheap and sizing is off. Not to mention that almost each time I have to have my clothes professional tailored to fit my short frame (5-4"). I'm hoping ME+EM has plans to offer shorter versions of their beautiful clothes. Also, why I'm hesitant to order, is DHL, I have to find a DHL office, which is a hassle as it is not very popular in the US as we use fed ex and UPS. For the cost of the clothes, shipping should be FREE, or maybe open a store here in the US. Lastly, the refund process takes a long time. I truly do love the clothes, so beautifully made, if only some changes can be implemented.

When you first started I would have given you a five star review. Your clothes were good looking, easy to put on and take off and, most importantly, easy to wear. They had pockets, good buttons and lots of style. I got lots of compliments on them and loved wearing them. Now you have lots of overly heavy jackets and dresses with cheap button badly sewn on, back and side zips and, most irritating of all, itchy petticoats. The really excellent jersey jumpsuits with ties have vanished and, in their place there are far too many clown like ones with enormously wide legs. Some nice shirts but too many have impractically long cuffs and fussy frills. Sorry to be so negative but I am wearing my old pieces to death and not buying so much from you any more. The things I do buy from you have to have new buttons and some of the ridiculous leg width removed if they are going to be worn in the real world by a real person.

I placed my first order at the beginning of the summer. After not hearing anything back about shipping for a couple of weeks, I got in touch with customer service and received a less than satisfactory response. There's no way to track their shipping. I decided to give them another try and placed an order on 9/5. As of now, it hasn't even been shipped. Probably not going to order anything more, due to the unreliability of shipping and customer service as compared with other brands I love.

I absolutely LOVE the clothes…they fit me well, the quality is excellent, I have no issues with receiving my orders, I turn heads when I wear the pieces. But charging non-UK customers more money is just plain wrong. I cant in good conscience order from them again. Especially when they refuse to answer to why this is the case. Sad.

The fit didn’t work and sending everything back is expensive and complicated. And everything is coming from China. Don’t want to know the carbon footprint.

Love the clothes but dealing with customer service is just appalling. No one answers emails - it's better to call them - but still problems don't get sorted. Returns are a nightmare. Like I said, love the clothes, but they need to learn how to treat customers better!

Hit and miss in design and fit however overall I like their pieces. Refunds are a nightmare... and take forever... however I’ve worked out that if you email them then the return is refunded the very same day! Quite clearly hanging on to your money.... bad customer service. 🤷🏼‍♀️

HELP!!!! I know it’s covid, but on line ordering the lifeblood of these companies now. Huge order, but sizing all off and need to return. Phone calls and enquiries but no response, Feel as if I’m in limbo. Wouldn’t happen with Nordstrum or Bloomies. Please please respond and be more professional . HC NYC

Received catalogues unsolicited. Asked for these to be stopped - providing personal details - but seem to be in loop of excuses “details need to be exact” “mailings are pre-planned - will take 6 weeks”. No personal consideration whatsoever.

Beautifully made and nice fabric. But downhill from there ..... supposedly slim leg trousers weren’t ..... and customer service terrible. Ordered 5 June , slow delivery. Returned the same day. Refund received 9 July. Won’t order again.
