“I want to return a dress that cost £225 but I had no return label or invoice in my parcel, now I can't get hold of anyone to deal with this, I've called 14 times and sent 2 emails! Beware.....I'm not happy! I could just return the dress to the address on the site with my details in but now I'm scared if I do that and don't get my money back how will I contact them!!!”

“I ordered two dresses for express delivery, not only two days after delivery date have they not shown up, but I can't get hold of anyone to tell me the status of my order.”
