“ordered 2 different sets of lights online as wanted to see which style of light I preferred for my porch. when I came to return I thought I'd go into the shop to be told if its an online order they don't want anything to do with it and had to ring the customer service number. I rang the customer service line to be told I'd have to email requesting my refund with the order number. What's the point in having a telephone number if someone doesn't answer your question on the telephone? When I received an email they said I was out of the 14 day refund policy and I couldn't return. I mean which retailer these days has a 14 day refund policy? I thought they would allow atleast 28 days I am very disappointed and will definitely not be using this company again. I don't not recommend”

“Bought a bathroom light which turned out to be faulty - they replaced it but the second one was faulty also so had to have a refund Not interested in our extra expense of paying an electrician 3 times and no reply when I complained by letter to the Head Office. Lovely selection of lights but we won't be using them again.”

“I ordered 6 bathroom ceiling lights through Amazon. My electrician decided they were not suitable for installation so I asked to return the items under Amazon 30 day return guarantee I was told Litecraft had its own 14 day return policy and a refund was denied. I appealed and was turned down Litecraft claim customer service is a top priority I offered to pay the return postage and a restocking fee this was rejected I asked for a credit this was rejected I regard their approach as unsympathetic and unhelpful Avoid his company. I noticed several other customers have has similar bad experiences regarding returns.”
