“The lantern was delivered quickly and well packaged. Sadly despite this when I opened it some tiny slivers of glass fell out which alerted me to look for damage. Lighting direct were quick to refund.”

“My pendant shade arrived the day after I ordered it and looks absolutely fantastic. It’s big but works perfectly with the very high ceiling in our hallway. I ordered the recommended lightbulb too which gives a gorgeous warm glow and casts a beautiful pattern across the ceiling. Really happy with both my purchase and the service received. Great value for money.”

“Very fast delivery, the next morning. The previous reviews were correct the light seems flimsy until the whole thing is assembled and in place. I am very happy, as a 73 year old electrical novice I managed to take off the grotty old light, drill the holes and connect the new one in less than an hour. I bought one for my Mum's house so that's next!”
