I have never had any problem with ordering and receiving merchandise. The return and refund process is another story. I followed their instructions and did not receive a refund. Sent 3 email messages and received no response. 2 phone calls with promises of refunds never happened so far. I probably will continue to purchase because I love the products but try to not ever have to return anything. Sad.

Made 2 orders for $500 , they canceled both of them , So I just can not understand what is going on and why they just keep canceling orders. Is it "high-end clothing company or what is it. Terrible customer Service and terrible experience .

Paid extra $20 for 2 days delivery, package still on the way, will arrive after 5 days! 9 days gone. Was boyfriend birthday gift, thank you Lacoste

Every time I order from Lacoste official website I always wait over 3 weeks before I get my order. Idk why I paid for express shipping.I called them today and spoke to the rudest representative name Cody who kept refusing to refund me for express shipping. He kept putting me on old then had the nerve to tell me I’m reading the processing time frame wrong online and all orders can take up to a week to process

Wash these Polo’s once even in cold water and they will shrink about a whole size, no dryer used. I will never buy Lacoste again.

Online shopping very disappointing. I bought a pair of trainers and they delivered in a wrong address. I called and emailed them and they said is not their responsibility.

I bought a pair of shoes online, I ordered them and the next day the price dtopped by £20, I still had not received the boots so I sent a e mail to customer services, asking if I could have the difference refunded, no reply after 4 days, so I rang them and explained the situation, There response was that they could or would not refund the difference, but I can return the boots free of charge to France, I would then have to wait for a Refund and then I can buy the boots at a lower price, so essentially send them back, repurchase and the same boots sent back, how stupid is this, why not just refund the difference, save on their shipping and carbon footprint, shocking from a company with a high regarding reputation, I will take this to social media and let people know what a poor company they are before making any purchase.

Horrendous, unfriendly, dismissive and confrontational store manager in Prague refused to accept a return on a defective garment. She was smug and rude, laughing into my face, basically! They do not accept returns the same week I have bought the garment. it was not worn and not damaged or dirty, and she refused to accept it and give me a refund! Everywhere else you can return your purchases if you change your mind or find the garment is defective. Not with Lacoste! Absolutely horrendous customer service I have ever seen! NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered a bag on sale for 83$. A month and half after its stuck in San Francisco and is not moving and possibly lost. I contacted customer service and they told me its not lost and wait 3 more weeks. What kind of service is this. I buy from Amazon they give you a time frame and if it's pass you get a refund. Don't recommend at all. Lacoste usa is a rip off. It's supposedly for mothers day. I had to buy another gift for my mom. It's ridiculous!

UPS failed delivery and Lacoste is not providing the refund process and telling the customer to call police or deal with it. I will never buy anything from Lacoste.com.

Bad customer service at Lacoste Please stay away from Lacoste. If you shop at Lacoste and you tried to return or exchange the the item forget it. No one will help. You can bring the credit card or bank statement they won’t do anything because you don’t have the original receipt. My wife bought a sweeter for me but it’s small. I went to the store they refused to exchange because I didn’t have the original receipt. I had the purchased credit card with me, I sent the bank statement to Lacoste customer service samething no one will help. Stay away from Lacoste BAD customer service

So far today I've spoken with a "Jay" and a "Daquesha". They have to be the two worst support people I've ever dealt with in my entire life. And this is coming from someone that runs ecommerce sites and has support people on phone and email. They are useless and their attitude is even worse. I would NEVER return to Lacoste based on dealing with them'. Next, I've waited 8 days for an update on our small order. As someone that deals in ecommerce, I know that's beyond ridiculous for not getting an update or tracking on an order. Then to email (no response to that yet) AND to call 2x and not be able to get any update except for the fact that they are "behind schedule" is not only poor support but poor management. There's no reason this year for anyone to be this fouled up. Last year, maybe.

CROOKS. Ordered 1 item over a month ago. Paid for faster shipping. Claimed address was wrong and my item is bring returned to shippe. SCAM SCAM SCAM. ALL REVIEWS ARE BAD. Can't reach anyone by phone. HORRIBLE SCAMMERS.

Big time scam , while all other big brand store return swimming suit , Lacoste is the only store don’t return swimming suit as they consider it as underwear !!!!!!! And they don’t tell you that until after you buy it ( N.B item never been used and it’s with original condition with the selling ticket on it ). They don’t tell you when you buy this item in the store so you have to go online before buying and read through return policy every time !!!!!!!please see the pic and try to find any direction in the receipt return policy that mention it’s not refundable

This should be a 0 star review. I do loved Lacoste and I did enjoyed using their online store until now. However, in my last order I paid the 20 usd delivery fee for the second day delivery, but my order took almost a week to arrive. That I can understand it and even tolerate it. My issue started when I decided to call their customer service center to ask about the status of my order. I had one of the worst experiences in my life. A rep named Jaqueline ( not sure right spelling) without asking any questions, she started reading a long list of policies and procedures, like a robot. It was a nonstop reading of the script. Then I try to interrupt her speech and she simply threaten me that the conversation was being recorded. I ask to talk to a supervisor and she put me on hold for a long time. Then, she rudely informed me that someone will call me back ( I am still waiting) to hear my complain. I hope Lacoste corporate can invest more money on employee training to teach them how to serve and assist the customers politely. Moral, if you really like your Lacoste products, do not dare to call the Lacoste customer service, they are nasty and rude.

Very poor and slow customer service. I ordered online last Dec. 8, 2020 and didnt recieved my items. They keep saying waiting for investigation until now Jan. 31, 2021 still in investigation. If you guys plan to buy online at lacoste please don't coz they don't care for your items if it lost.

So my bf bought me shoes and had them sent to me as he is on tour and its hard to reach him. Not even a month later the shoes are tearing and no one will help. This is the worst experience I've ever had. DO NOT BUT THEIR SHOES!!! THEY ARE GARBAGE AND FALL APART BEFORE A MONTH ENDS.

Ian very disappointed with your customer service and the way you solve the problem. Used to be better. My husband is always buying size 11 and we did not have any issues. Of course he wore those shoes, because he didn’t want them to return. But this type of shoes are defected, because he cannot wear them. This shoes are hurting his feet. It never happened before. We are not complaining for no reason. Of course it’s easy to say due to COVID-19 we don’t accept returns. But it’s not return, because we don’t like the shoes, we want to return, because they are defected. These shoes are very different from the one we used to buy. Normally Lacoste shoes are soft and never hurt. My husband’s size is usually 10,5. But Lacoste brand he wears 11. Size 11 cannot be small and tight on the side. I didn’t purchase the shoes for $20. It’s terrible that you are responding me in 3-5 days. And on the top of it you are telling me you cannot accept it. My husband is big fan Lacoste. He spend money on shoes, pants shirt and sweaters. And it’s not a cheap brand. But you are acting like a cheap brand. It’s horrible that you are treating your customer that way. If I had a store nearby I will come. But Ian telling again, it’s not my fault that these shoes are defective, it’s your fault. And the only thing you can do is to make me drive 5 hours to the store. I don’t care it’s a Covid-19 or something else. When Ian buying Lacoste brand, I want to expect a high quality, not the one you sold me in Miami store. And Ian not the type of person who complains for no reason. But this time you treat me terribly and it’s so sad that we have to change my husband’s favorite brand to something else. After this situation I don’t want to buy even socks from you.

I ordered a sweater size 32 in pink and Lacoste has never shipped it! I was waiting for 10 days and got a cancellation email that they don't have enough inventory. Excuse me, how come I was able to order it? It's ridiculous since I checked the website today and my size in color was still available! Terrible experience
